Hotel was fine and clean, staff was friendly, specially the breakfast lady, room was clean and comfortable.

Everything was fine, but there was an issue in the room, I'm not sure if I want to blame the cleaning lady because the room was spotless, but makes me think like someone sneak into that room to have breakfast inside, then left all trash in the trash can by the bed and totally forgot to take it with (whoever was). I was so tired when I showed up, that's why I didn't complaint at front desk or by the phone... Again, other than that, room was perfectly clean.

Breakfast/Staff were awesome...very accomodating and professional. I was part of a family reunion party, as well as saw that the hotel also had a wedding party. The Desk was very professional, and worked to ensure that all issues were taken care of in a timely manner.

The ice machine (1st Floor) wasn't accomodating for the crowd. The Family (Reunion) was directed to meet/hang out in the gazebo area of the hotel (parking lot), vs in front of the hotel, which did not have lighting in the area.

Almost everything. It was clean, comfortable bed, quiet as it back from the interstate. Lots of parking. The gentleman who checked us in was awesome. Ac was quiet. We were across from the elevator but did not hear anything. Breakfast was at 6 am which we appreciated.

The toliet seat did not fit the toliet, and kept sliding off. Poor no thought went into that. Was actually a hazard. The tub drained slowly so you were standing in water the whole shower. Yuck. I don’t know how well they cleaned the tub so you were standing in basically the last persons stuff. Breakfast was powdered eggs which were grainy. I then went to the oatmeal which was water . Come to find out the oatmeal was not put into the water till about 630. No. Had to ask for forks and coffee. But the bacon was good !

The Staff went above and beyond , Thank you to the entire staff including Barbara , Miss Bonnie and those that worked on the days we were there. Comfortable , clean , dog friendly , delicious breakfast. I had an emergency and the staff were very caring and helpful. You can tell that they enjoy their jobs and work very hard. The place was very clean . It was convenient t to restaurants, hospital. Etc. I highly recommend.

Nothing all was great.

The staff was courteous and patient with me when my booking.com Affirm credit card was cancelled! They help me with getting it done.It took Thursday and Friday night to get it worked out! I missed my family fish fry at my family reunion! But the front desk evening staff was on it and persistent with getting this situation solved I was able to relax and enjoy my family reunion!

I like everything except the toilet too low for my bad knees.

The hotel was very clean and the staff are extremely friendly. I made the reservation on booking.com a couple hours before, I called the Hotel to see if they could accommodate me with a room on the first floor because of a broken foot and they had no problem making this arrangement.

It isn’t well lit up in the parking lot area. It could use more lights, especially because I am driving solo.

Love the friendly, helpful staff and location at this hotel! Offered room upgrade at a great price. Love the size & comfort of the one Bedroom suites. We seem to stay here at least four times a year while visiting family & will continue.

Only complaint is the pillows re too small and too soft on King size beds. Normally you have 2 firm & 2 soft. We had 4 small and soft/flat on our King, but the mattress & bedding was comfortable.

The room was nice and clean. The manager Beth is wonderful. We will definitely return to this location. The breakfast was good. Options include eggs, sausage, potatoes, fruit, cereal, waffles, toast, bagels, coffee, juice, milk, oatmeal and grits.

One staff member at the breakfast area was disrespectful. That being said, this is not enough of an issue to keep me from returning

Convenient to where I need to be

I got there at 2 o’clock in the morning and could not check in because the computer was down or they say. My room had already been confirmed but it took them 30 minutes to get the situation straight. I drove from five hours away. I called earlier during the day, and they assured me that everything was good to go. Very poor customer service.

Met our expectations. Generally clean and functional. We left before breakfast, but it seemed like a nice setup. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked clean and in good order. Reception staff was pleasant and professional.

Property seemed a bit dated. One elevator was out of order and the other was very slow. There were numerous dents, scratches/damages on the hallways walls and doors. Nothing major, just not optimal.
