The rooms were nice and clean and came with everything me and my family needed.The staff were all welcoming and warming Adriana made my stay worth it she is a wonderful person to talk to and her customers skills are out of this world as well as another young lady that worked front desk I can't remember her name im so sorry about that.She did have color hair I think it may have been green or blue her customer skill were out of this world.Thanks again everyone for everything really grateful

The location, and then my room was comfortable and clean and no bugs!😊
The only thing that I didn’t like was that I requested a room downstairs but I couldn’t get one. The hostess on site went out of her way to accommodate my needs and she showed me a handicap room, but unfortunately it wasn’t what I wanted and anyway the room that I had was better and in better condition and it was just a clean comfortable room and with a larger microwave!😊

The staff and manager at the front desk were wonderful! Just wish I'd have been allowed to check in a bit earlier since I had to do a lot for my son's wedding so my luggage was with me the entire time. Nevertheless, they deserve a top box rating simply because they were fabulous and I get it, it's a company rule.
That the company is not flexible for out of the ordinary situations. It's not the staff, it's the company management.

The staff was very helpful & kind & pleasant. They were knowledgeable of the area & attentive of my concerns. For it to be a under new management the staff were VERY professional.
Fire alarms went off a couple of times. Beds could be better.

Everything was great even down to the staff.
Booking on line. The hotel was great with the booking process. However booking.com needs to do better. I did not like the way booking.com book for u on line.

Georgia at the front desk was amazing, we actually booked another hotel paid the full payment and chose not to stay due to rude staff, she definitely made up for that and we will be back
