This trip we travelled without our pets so we finally got to stay on an upper floor, the rooms are just as clean and spacious. We always stay here because the staff is very welcoming and it's close to the mall.

No complaints. The screen was torn on our window, but it didnt matter since there was an inner and outer window. We are sad that there is no availablilty for our next trip to Bismarck and we have to stay somewhere else.

The location is good and close to restaurants and main streets

The room door latch was very hard to open as I had to insert the key card several times before the lock would disengage so I could open the door and get into the room . There was only a vending machine for drinks and nothing for snacks. It was very inconvenient to go to the front desk to get snacks as the front desk clerks were not very helpful

Perfect place for family vacation. The front desk has amazing people working. Instantly willing to help solve any problems and working with a genuine smile on their face.

Our first room didn't have working WiFi, but as soon as we mentioned it to the front desk they sent maintenance to put a booster in our room. Our second room, (we got two rooms for the whole family) struggled with keeping the air conditioning going, so they moved both rooms into a different part of the hotel to accommodate us. Super helpful group of workers at the hotel.

It’s obvious that they have invested in making it bigger and better. The event staff were amazing and hard working.

It sort of had the feel that a large corporation bought out the owners who built it from the ground up and now some of the staff didn’t care what happened.

Barb was extremely rude over the phone. She demanded things I never had to do during my previous stays and booking the room with payment in advance. She received all the lower marking in this survey. All other staff were exceptional. I would not like Barb to rude to any other person, she ruined my expections of your facility. Luckily other staff made up for her rudeness and inadequate customer service.

The front staff were very informative and helpful. My kids loved the waterpark, and even though we did not play the arcade games, it was still a fun idea! The room was very spacious and beds very comfortable!

It needs some touch-ups as the bathroom had cracks in the ceiling due to humidity. It was slightly noisy, but when I turned on the heat that helped give a white noise covering the noise outside.

I love that it’s pet friendly and when we book here the room is close to the outside door so we can take the dog out easily

The air conditioning smelt bad of pee and the bedskirt stained of dog pee. I own a cleaning company and cleaned it up for them ( the pee was from previous guests not us)

It was a large hotel There is a lounge that was reasonably priced. The beds were comfortable The room was large and mostly clean

The bathroom needs a serious update The pool area seemed to have a lot of unattended children crowding in. I understand this place does weddings but we were no where near the ballroom and could hear the thumping of music until at least 1am when I just put ear plugs in. I wouldn't normally complain about a wedding, but we were getting up at 5am to travel so this made it difficult to sleep. The staff has to do better, we found a bent spoon with cotton on it near the microwave when we opened it and when we called the front desk they told us to just throw it away.

The pool was awesome, and we had it to ourselves. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and the mall

The hotel was very dated, and could use a much needed update. Our tike in tge shower had a huge Crack in it, rust in the tub, no USB charging ports, and tge wifi signal was poor

Everything went well except for the Air Conditioner in our room. It was HOT HOT HOT. We had a great room right by the door and a great 'girls weekend with my sister and mom' here to stay for our cousin's graduation. Breakfast was great and the staff is always earnestly ready to help you in any way. Mr Kenny at the front desk is and has always been the most pleasant employee, as well as all of the others, but I do remember Kenny from the time he started working for you until now.

The air conditioner didn't work. 83 degrees in room, but we survived. Stayed here many times in my 30 years as a member of the ND Auditor's Assn and the ND Association of Counties and had many good memories of the Hotel so it felt like home.
