Upon my arrival, Monica, the desk clerk for the evening, tried to check me in. However, I had made a booking error and booked the next day. She advised me to contact booking.com to get the "booked date" canceled, as she wouldn't be able to because of it being thru a 3rd party. After I did that, she was able to accommodate us for the night, at an even better rate than I had originally planned. She was very sympathetic to our mistake and said, "it's ok. I got you." The manager of this property needs to be very aware at how good Monica is. She may have been one of, if not the friendliest desk clerk I have ever come across. Thank you for helping us. We appreciate you.

We were greeted with the smell of fresh cookies baking and then had a positive check in with the friendly and helpful staff. Facility is clean and the room was clean and comfortable. Location is excellent as it is close to shopping and restaurants. It appears to have had some updating since we were last here when it was the Roadking Inn. Pool area is inviting and clean with lots of seating and tables.

The shower pressure could have been better. Maybe if the shower heads were descaled this might help. Two of the four hot tubs were closed at the time, but the 2 that were operational were clean and hot.

The breakfast was very good with a great variety. The gentleman who was working breakfast was very kind and respectful. He was always checking to make sure the dishes were full and cleaning up after patrons. Our toilet was plugged and there was someone there to check on it immediately.

Our room was not very clean. There was toothpaste on the bathroom door frame and blue soap residue on the soap holder of the shower. The floor outside our poolside room had not been swept or scrubbed. When the gentleman came in to snake the toilet he did not clean up the mess he left. Only 1 hot tub was working which was very disappointing since we requested a poolside room for that purpose.

We have stayed at the Rodeway Inn many times because it meets our expectations at every level. This why we keep coming back. The breakfast, room, pool, staff, location and the price.

This is like asking what don't you like about your partner, nothing. Keep up the great work. We would definitely recommend the Rodeway Inn as a place to stay in Grand Forks.

The location was great !! Good breakfast ..staff was great !!

Myself daughter and 15 year old granddaughter wanted a evening swim ,hot tub but the kids there overran it ,we basically were stuck in a corner yet they still came splashing .shooting water toys there ,awful running slidingand our room was pool side and and they stayed in till 1 am ,could be just the group of kids that were there at that time ..first time staying there

The pool was too cold for me and it's too bad you got rid of the hot tub in the pool area as it was a great place because then I could watch my son and be in the water too. The courtyard was very loud sat night but it did quiet down at 11 so that was greatly appreciated.

The hotel is a little dated but was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was very good.

A couple of the hot tubs were under repair while we were there. People in room beside us left their dog alone and it barked non stop at times. This is not the hotel's fault. Perhaps people with dogs should be in rooms away from others without. I'm a dog owner myself but listening to non- stop barking is hard to ignore.

Wonderful breakfast! Room was clean and comfortable. Very nice to have the pool available also!

Temperature of the hot tubs could have been higher. Nice pool!

Very good value for the price, I would definitely stay again, pool area was nice, breakfast was good.

Workout room is tiny, no where to work out unless you want to use a cardio machine. There were some obnoxious guests, but that's not the hotels fault.

Delicious pancakes. There was fresh fruit. There was something for everyone. Staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the individual hot tubs/jacuzzi by the pool area.
