We took our time going down highway 2 from Montana back to Michigan from a month long vacation out west. It took us five days to get back home. We stopped each night in a different state. This place was our second night's stop back home and our most favorite of all five places we stayed. The room was HUGE! With a kitchen and place to eat. It had a good breakfast in the morning and the price was the least expensive for what you got in space and interior options of any hotel I've stayed at while traveling. I will now seek out other Hawthorne Suites when traveling just for the spaciousness and reasonable prices. A great place to stay! Five stars!

A great to have a fully functional kitchen annex in your room. Room was clean, with comfy furniture and bathroom with everything you would expect. Size of the room was also very good. If I knew of it's existence before my one night stay, I would certainly book it for longer.

It's kind of on the back of business estate (there is Walmart on the other side and roads are not great around but in all honesty, it did not bother me much. Hotel itself has fully met my expectations.

It was very dim and dark. Could use brighter lighting… My only complaint about breakfast- I didn’t even eat it to be honest. The lady serving it was coughing all over everything and I couldn’t stomach the idea of eating it. She went into the back kitchen. You could hear her coughing back there too. Not good.

My dog being there. The bed was good. The 4th floor was quiet. The layout of the room was easy to use. I will definitely stay there again as well as recommend the hotel.

I wish the breakfast time was longer. The was super nice, but I didn’t love them clustering in the front and vaping a few times. There should be a place for them to relax and take a break.

I left a book in my room and when I called the front desk person had the book and agreed to send it to me if I provided the shipping label. I emailed the label about a week agho and no book yet. So we will see - if I gewt my book back that will be excellent service!

Staff is wonderful. Yolanda at the breakfast is fantastic. our 2nd stay here and love it. can not beat the location

Had just small problem as thermostat registered wrong. Kept it at 62 when we are comfortable around 70. So just little off but no big problem

Serenity at the front desk made sure that we were checked in, in a hurry but without being rushed. pleasant rooms, bed is super comfy.

only problem was that the spa was closed.

Large, comfortable suite with full kitchen and separate bedroom. We appreciated the large table and work desk.

Breakfast is in a neighboring restaurant, you had better get there on time.

The breakfast was great! The staff were super friendly and we were quite happy with the accommodations! This was our first time staying there and we were very happy we chose this hotel!

Excellent location and great rooms. Lots of space. Quiet area now that the airport has moved north of town.

I’ve stayed here lots of times. Always clean and neat. This time the room has a definite smell of whatever someone before us had been cooking. Probably just something you have to put up with occasionally when you are in a unit with a kitchenette.
