The staff was very accommodating and it was very clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked so well for all of our devices. The room was very spacious for my husband and 2 kids. The pool is bigger than most hotels we've been too which was great for my kids and I. Breakfast was yummy and they had good options.

I was in room 311 and the shower curtain bar was broken and hanging so I couldn't really shower without Jerry rigging the curtain shut. The mini fridge also had a broken shelf on the door. None of these were a deal breaker for me honestly, because I really enjoyed the other things. The place itself is really dated, but I expect it for the price and it's better than a motel.

Contrary to what others were saying in their reviews, my room was nice and clean. The breakfasts were great and the dining area nice and clean. The service at the front desk was excellent! The staff, in general, were very friendly. If I needed anything, the staff was more than happy to help me out. The elevators were even clean! I didn't have time to use the pool or laundry area, but maybe next time. Would I stay here again. Yes I would.

The only thing I had a problem with was the parking lot. There were huge potholes so you jyst had to be careful not to hit them. There seems to be some buildings going on around hotel, so I don't blame the people at the hotel. Its really not something they can fix. Hopefully the parking lot issue will be taken care of, but the hotel itself is very nice.

The staff are very professional and very nice. If you need anything they are always willing to help if they can. My wife and I are moving to Ohio and needed a room for the night. We had a check in for 3:00pm and arrived at 6:15am and they allowed us to check in early at 7:00am so we didn't have to sleep in our car. Breakfast is great. Waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs, 2 types of sausage, a great selection of breads and bagels, cereals, fruit cups and fruit, coffee and tea, and other good foods. The room was very clean. Pool is nice and indoors. We have stayed here 3 times already and we will never sleep at any other hotel. Highly recommend!

Room was very good. Clean, comfortable, stocked with towels and amenities…shampoo, coffee. The staff in breakfast were great! The hotel is away from the highway and quiet. There are many eateries and sores on the main road.

Looks like the hotel trying to look updated, but carpeting in lobby has ridges, places outdoors that should have been repaired before painting were just painted over. Was an odd mix of trying g to look good without doing a thorough job. Parking lot is a mess. However, that did not impact the room which was perfectly fine. I would stay there again.

The building itself was nice. The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean, pool was clean, and breakfast was great. Staff was friendly.

The property around the hotel and the parking lot could be improved. The drive had potholes and the parking lot was rough and hasn’t been painted in so long, you couldn’t see the lines anymore. Was not a deal breaker. The hotel itself is nice enough that it wouldn’t keep me from staying there again.

The staff was always nice and helpful and the pool was nice.

It was a tad dirty. It doesn’t seem the bed skirts on the box springs have ever been changed or cleaned. There was a lot of dirt hair and other stuff under the mattress and on the floor at the head of the bed. I didn’t look to see the cleanliness I always tear the bed apart and search for signs of bed bugs because I react badly to them and just ew but there were none thankfully!

Convenient location. Good hot breakfast. Fantastic rate Friendly staff! We enjoy staying at this hotel with the children while visiting family in the area. The pool is nice and clean. Very family friendly location!

As many others have said, the parking lot! The hotel does have a sign out front that the parking lot is maintained by the mall, which is now completely closed down under demolition. A Meijer is replacing the mall. Once Meijer is there I can almost guarantee the parking lot will be fixed, not just patched. Ive been to 5 Meijer soft openings for business now and they've always been immaculate. So, fingers crossed.

Staff were extremely friendly, front desk staff were very helpful. The bed was very comfortable as well. Breakfast in the morning had a lot of variety with both hot & cold options.

The parking lot needs some help, but that’s not exactly something I really care about. It doesn’t affect my overall impression or comfort of the property.

The hotel used to be adjacent to a mall that has been demolished. The mall property is being reconstructed into a Meijer store. The parking area around the motel is owned by the developers and is not being maintained due to construction so it, and the road to the hotel, is full of potholes and ruts. The hotel staff told us that renovations to the parking lot are expected as construction continues.

Clean, comfortable room. Good value for the price.

Although owned by the adjacent (now closed) mall, the parking lot and entrance driveway was extremely rough with large potholes and it was near impossible to avoid them all. There were no clear markings on the parking lot and I was blocked in by a person parking in front of me when there was already someone behind me. There seemed that there was always a group of people hanging around outside the front entrance smoking and we had to walk thru the cloud of smoke every time we exited the building.
