Very clean room , the front desk very friendly, and there are security patrols every night! It is very safe here , I will stay here again next time.

Stayed for conference. The hotel very clean. All of the staff is very attentive. The space is beautiful and it is a wonderful spot to escape.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience here. First Ace at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. My husband had brought me down for a last minute birthday night just to spend the night and go out to a nice dinner. He rented another room at another hotel downtown that he thought was supposed to be nice…it was not. So last minute he found this hotel after we had checked into the other hotel. They got us a nice room and went above and beyond to make sure our short stay was perfect. Will stay here again.

The staff was very polite and professional. The young lady who was taking care of the breakfast area is very friendly and a great conversationalist. I enjoyed our chat. The general manager was helpful and insightful of the little things that helped make my stay even more enjoyable. The room could have some maintenance though. Faucet on sink and the shower could be replaced as turning on they don't operate properly. The hair dryer was missing, not that I need one to use. The water heater and furnace could use a good cleaning and the access door should be locked to prevent tampering for everyone's safety.

We stayed for just one night in the 1 bedroom king suite and didn’t want to leave! The staff was amazing and our stay was comfortable - I had a slight issue with something in my room and it was handled immediately This hotel was the cleanest hotel that I’ve stayed in to date, the housekeeping does an amazing job! It’s also very quiet and I slept well through the night with no noise issues despite there being a dance or cheer competition nearby with lots of families staying the same night we stayed - we heard nothing in the room all night. I will definitely return in the future!

My wife and I stayed 1 night over the weekend and this hotel exceeded all of our expectations. This was our very first time in Columbus and the location of the hotel is PERFECT! The room was very spacious and clean. The view was also a plus! The street noise can be noticeable, if you aren’t used to it but overall was not an issue. Very friendly staff! Will definitely be back.

we just checked in and wanted to see if there were other room options with better views . Ms Toshia at front desk was more than accommodating and willing to even look at rooms that were possibly better.she was patient and customer focused.We ended up staying in our original room , but extremely pleased with excellent customer service.

The rooms were nice and clean but no linen for the pull out bed in the room so I couldn't use it overall room are good. Went in pretty late, they had free coffee and cookies for me . Lobby is very nice lady at the counter was nice. Breakfast was very good. but no hot breakfast. Overall very good stay here . worth recommending.

Loved staying here. I was in a single bed room. It was comfortably spacious. Would have preferred more charging outlets at the desk.This was the best hotel stay I have experienced! My wife and I were celebrating our birthdays and decided to stay close to home. Staying here was the best decision. Staff made sure our stay was memorable. Rooms were great, staff were friendly
