Very nice, clean, modernized hotel spaces. I only stayed for one night so I didn't look at the pool or anything beyond the basics. You get a keycard to access the gated parking lot, easy in and out. The onsite restaurant is where the breakfast is served buffet style. Its not like a holiday inn express continental breakfast though, this is genuinely good breakfast food for literally zero dollars. Overall a very decent hotel that I wouldn't hesitate to stay at again.

The one thing I didn't care for was our check-in time. We were on paper to check in at 3pm, but arrived around 2:45 and told we would have to wait until 3. Not really much of a complaint, but it would have been better if we could have just gotten our room key at that moment.

The staff was very inviting. The restaurant within the hotel was awesome. The burgers were great! Staff in both hotel and restaurant were awesome and welcoming. Will definitely stay again.

The only complaint I have was that the pool was down the first night we got there for maintenance. It was open the day we left, and we got to swim before we left.

The staff was very friendly! They let me check in ahead of my expected arrival time. The staff working the burger theory attached recommended some places in the area to try out as well.

If i'm being nitpicky, I couldn't close the bathroom door all the way due to some little sticker tabs that someone had put on the doorframe to hold the door. Not sure if that was the hotel but I couldn't get it to shut in order to lock it.

The front desk staff when I checked in were PHENOMENAL. They truly went above and beyond and were incredibly helpful and friendly. I also loved the pillow options and earth friendly toiletries.

The cost. I booked a hotel on the beach in Miami for April 2025 and the cost was a fraction of what I paid for this room.

All round good hotel and facilities. Emma on reception was great.. Bright cheerful and friendly. Super professional and went out of her way to help not just me but others all round. Would stay here again.

All round good. A bit corporate and decor could be more individual and updated.

Location and friendliness of staff

Wi-fi was a nightmare, could not connect and had a similar situation last year. Front desk referred me to tech support and I was on hold for 45 mins prior to "hanging-up".

It was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly.

I’ve never stayed at a hotel where free breakfast wasn’t included, especially since it ended up being a bit pricey compared to other stays.

Upon checking in we got a key packet with information stating housekeeping is by request . Dial 0 to request housekeeping the for next day. And check out time was 12pm. Housekeeping used her key without knocking or announce her entrance and entered our room while we were asleep this is like 9am and shortly after around 10:30am she kept knocking nonstop breaking our sleep multiple times.

It was downtown but not busy. Walking distance from Starbucks, which I loved! Everyone was friendly!

The breakfast wasn’t very good. French toast sticks were hard as a rock but we got down there 45 minutes before breakfast was over so maybe they had just been sitting too long? And the fruit was mushy. But the gentleman that waited on us was very very attentive and kind so I wasn’t mad about the breakfast! Lol

The rooms clean and comfy...staff was very pleasant

The pool wasn't open which is one of the reasons we booked. The hotel overall was a bit outdated. The shower curtain rod was weird and made the shower curtain slide to the middle no matter what you did and the floor always got wet.
