The staff were phenomenal! Friendly, helpful, informative and just the type of people you want working in the hospitality industry. Diedre was a rockstar! Thoroughly enjoyed the large spacious rooms and inclusive kitchenette. The whole hotel smelled clean and fresh and the hot continental breakfast was convenient. Hotel location was superb - Restaurants within walking distance (highly recommend the Hungry Buffalo and the BBQ), short 3 min drive into Logan and 15 minutes or less to Hocking Hills trails.

Nothing that can be controlled lol and something you just expect at any hotel - the loud kids at 7am running up and down the hallway in and out of their room

The staff was outstanding. Everyone (the front desk, breakfast area, cleaning) was absolutely great. All were super friendly and helpful. We haven't experienced staff where everyone seemed to like their job in years. The management has done a great job recruiting (hopefully retaining) this group. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Water pressure was super, especially after a long day hiking. Hotel was very clean and nicely decorated with seasonal decor. Great choices for breakfast, beverages, condiments. Loved the complimentary cookies. Super convenient location.

One of the beds/ mattress was rather squeaky- maybe near the end of its lifespan, but still slept fine. Probably could have used some more lighting (somewhat difficult to read at night) and a table since it has a kitchenette and there was plenty of space.

No complaints at all. The breakfast buffet was very good. The hotel was very clean and best of all, the staff was excellent. Spencer is the man! (And the rest of the crew were great too!) Very convenient location for everything we wanted to do at Hocking Hills State Park and plenty of very good restaurants within walking distance too!

Elevator is a little slow, but that's a very trivial complaint!

Staff exceeded my expectations. All of them were friendly & sincere in that they really wanted you to have a great stay. By staff, I mean everyone from the cleaning persons, breakfast attendants, and front desk. If you ever needed anything, it was never a problem. Breakfast was also great. It is located in a great spot to drive to all the areas in Hocking Hills.

The only thing is that I wish the bed was a bit softer, and pillows fluffier. However is was not a problem for my bad back, and we still slept well. All in all, the room was great!

My wife and I are pastors in our hometown,we don't get to relax very often This hotel was great The manager and the staff was so helpful and friendly.The breakfast was also good .The facility was very clean,and our room was great.We slept like babies and definitely rested and hated to leave.Thank you for taking good care of us We are so grateful .God Bless the ones that took time for us,we pray that God will keep you safe and those you love. Nice people, clean. Had what we needed.

Highway noise at night when we try to sleep. Shelf not big enough in shower. The lady at the counter said to call directly next time because it’s much cheaper that way. Apparently Booking.com jacked up the rate much higher than I could have gotten it for but hey that’s how money is made right?

The location was convenient to the area destinations we were visiting. We appreciated the larger room with kitchen facilities for our comfort. The hotel overlooked a large shopping center, so that detracted from the overall location. However, a large field in front of the hotel had lots of birds to look at.

The view of the large shopping center. Although the store was convenient, it didn't make for a very attractive view. Overall, the facilities and amenities were worth the not-so-great view.

Breakfast was wonderful and made it possible for me to get going faster to get out hiking sooner.

I thought the shower head was way too tall, and that some sort of a heater, and anoter towel rack would in the bathroom would have been nice. I also thought that forks in the kitchen would have been good. Finally, that elevator is way too slow, and I caught a whiff of natural gas constantly near the pool area that the staff dismissed.

The room was very beautiful and the bed was extremely comfy. I liked how open the room was and the room was incredibly clean.

Loud hallways and the staff was running fans and vacuums right outside our room. The ice machine was leaking so the carpet was wet. At 8:30, they were trying to clean up the water which means we did not get to sleep in at all. There were also children screaming before this.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the public areas are very nice, the rooms are spacious and well appointed, and the breakfast was wonderful. Everything from the lobby to the stairwells was clean and kept up nicely. The hotel was quiet, and the location was perfect for us.

The only complaints I have is that the caulk in our shower was a little moldy, but the bathroom was very clean as a whole. Also, the pool area is quite small.
