The beds were amazing!!!! It's the best bed I have ever slept on. I also liked that they had a nice chair to sit in other than the desk chair. The pool was out the first day they told me before I even checked in.

Our neighbors in the room next door. Many times the doors had to be shut a little harder and the were very loud. Plus we had an adjoining room that they kept trying to open even though it was locked. The toilets were short and we stayed on the first floor and the curtains didn't shut all the way.

We didn’t eat breakfast because like all hotels they end really early at 9am. The room was great. The bed was great and so was the bathroom. We were on the 3rd floor. The AC unit was fantastic as it was hot in the area. The windows had curtains that closed completely. The hotel interior might be a little outdated but I don’t care about that. We stayed, we enjoyed, and we left.

I didn’t like the $100 deposit on the room. It’s a little high for the hotel itself as the hotels in Las Vegas charge $150 for a deposit.

The room was clean, the breakfast was really good, and the pool/hot tub were open late! That was really nice. The employees were kind as well. The location was awesome, it was next to a TON of resturaunts and shops, and about 15 minutes away from kings island. The shower pressure was really great for a hotel. The hot tub was very hot and bubbly. And the general upkeep is extremely great! They take care of their property!

The bed was hard and pillows not very thick (but is that really a shock? ALL hotels have that problem) and the blankets on the bed were just too few. But really those complaints are minor in the grand scheme. Room was small, don't expect a grand giant room. The bathroom was very close to the bed, but also very minor complaint there!

The room itself was comfortable and tidy.

The walls were paper thin. I could hear conversation as if I were in the room with them. Also, there was so much chlorine in the pool. I did get in the hot tub, but did not swim and did not put my head under water, and my eyes were burning so bad. Just while I was sitting, before getting into the hot tub, my eyes were burning. Didn't stay in the tub long because there was hair floating around. Also large clumps of hair you could see floating around the pool. It was obviously not clean.

Close to everything. Beds were comfy, breakfast is to be expected when you stay in a hotel, staff was friendly. Our toilet overflowed, which made us have to use all our towels. We asked for more, and they were quick about getting us more towels.

Price was great. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good.

I don't feel it necessary to have a $100 deposit on top of already paying for the room. I have never had this happen at any other hotel I have stayed at. The matress while nice and firm would have been even better with just a little more cushion on top of the firm support.

Check In...excellent...room clean and comfortable...pretty good breakfast. Great location. Great value for money....much better than Comfort Inn around the corner...where I stayed a couple of times in the past few months. If you're on a budget and want a better experience ...choose Best Western Mason...rather than Comfort Inn

Hotel was very clean. Everyone at desk and house keeping staff were very friendly. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked food was hot , fresh fruits, Waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels, english muffins. Milk, juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt. Room was comfortable size and had microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, ironing board and iron. Bed was comfortable and had nice pillows. It was quiet. There were luggage carts for use and an elevator. Fitness area was clean, pool area was clean. Would stay there again.

Hot tub was broken, key reader to our room didnt work so well took several tries to unlock door but key card worked every where else. Door to outside that was closest to convenient parking was inoperable. Toilet made a loud whining noise when flushing.

It was an older building but we'll maintain. I used the hot tub which was nice and hot. The front desk lady gave me a bottle of water. It meant everything after driving such a long way. Kudos to her for being a kind person.

Building could benefit from some updates, but otherwise a very comfortable stay.

The room was very clean as well as the whole hotel and great location. Would definitely stay there again.

The only complaint is that in our room, they only had about half of a roll of toilet paper for 3 people.
