Rooms were very clean and front desk was always there to help us. When we needed to check out 2 days earlier then expected and booking which is a 3rd party wouldn’t reimburse us our money and said comfort inn said they wouldn’t do it. We spoke with the front desk on checkout and they put in notes and anytime we go back we will have a free night.

Family became concerned when they heard two people complain of bedbugs. Room near us had bad smell

Easy access to room, breakfast, and other amenities. Staff was extremely helpful when an issue was brought to their attention.

The bathtub needed a less slippery surface and a grab bar. There was evidence that minor repairs had not been completed. The temperature control unit was unplugged and the outlet was under the unit.

The location was excellent. Safe area with lots of restaurants and gas stations around. Quick drive to Kings Island about 8 min. from the park. My room had everything including a fridge and microwave. For $99 and a free breakfast, it had everything and more. Free breakfast was amazing. Hot food, cold food, and belgian waffle makers for the win. I really liked everything and will be back.

The only criticism I have is there was a sketch looking stain on the curtain and lounge chair. Everything else was so good it didn't bother me. The bed, bathroom, and everything else looked really clean and was very comfortable.

Location: Off I71 north of Cincinnati.This is a suburban location with most any type of store you might need. We found it easily , but a GPS helps since it is set back from the road and could be missed. Staff: Helpful. This appears to be a family run affair. Decor:Exterior and hallways are dated and a little worn in places but clean and the rooms are updated. Bathroom small , clean Beds & pillows : comfortable Noise ; no extraneous noise. Breakfast none offered WiFi : Free wifi is fast 30 Mbs download and 12 Mbs upload. Plugs : each bedside lamp has on electrical plug.There are 2 at the table .No USB chargers TV: Large HDTV on the wall at the foot of the bed. Appliances: Mid size fridge with freezer compartment (needs de-icing). Microwave.

Convenient location to King’s Island. Decent breakfast.

Some of the staff came to breakfast and was not courteous to others. I had an egg McMuffin in the toaster along with theirs. They took mine out and put it on their plate🤦‍♀️

Breakfast was OK. Room was quiet. Great location

The housekeeping could have been a little better. There were twisty ties on the floor that could have been picked up. The remote to the TV was nasty. It had sticky stuff and crumbs in the buttons. The ice container lid was filthy. Had to wash it off. They table was wet and the coffee machine needed wiped off

The room was affordable, the room was cozy and Mr. Peter was extremely welcoming and helpful! We will definitely stay again.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and clean.

There isn't anything I didn't like about my stay.

Staff extremely friendly, helpful and polite Lady in charge of breakfast room was kind, friendly and happy all the time and worked really hard to keep all the food trays full.

Little issue with full parking lot but it worked out OK when told of the overflow lot.
