We have stayed there before and will again. Comfy rooms, very helpful and polite staff. Breakfast was good as usual and everything was kept neat, filled and clean. I like a cup of milk in the morning and it is always very cold and good here. I liked it so much last stay that I looked forward to it this time and was not disappointed.

Cleaning people didn't refill tissue, toilet paper (just the extra roll), or the complementary bathroom stuff after the first day of a 3 night stay. Could have done a better job making the bed. Handles on the waffle maker were loose and couldn't make waffles. Wish there was bacon as a choice.

The cleanliness, easy access to alot of restaurants and amenities, staff was fantastic.

We were on the second floor and there was a strange noise coming from upstairs or outside. Seemed to happen every 10 or so minutes and sounded like a motor kicking on or generator. Easily ignored by us but I could see someone else getting upset that’s not as accustomed to the noises. Not really a dislike for us either, more of an alert to look into the noise to prevent any future complaints. 🙂

I liked the fact that the property was close to my home, restaurants, and the BA expressway.

My only complaint would be the breakfast. Please consider adding some real eggs into the imitation ones. Also, the addition of biscuits and gravy and some sort of breakfast potatoes and juices would be so much better! I know food is high, but I think you would get more repeat business!

Staff was outstanding........check in and check out efficient and smiling Breakfast prepare very nice and good area for eating. Room clean and roomy And, other visitors, with dogs friendly and that also makes La Quinta my FIRST choice in hotels for business or pleasure

This site has no fenced in area for dogs. Walking area had not been picked up but I attribute that to irresponsible dog OWNERS, not the property. I clean up after my dogs and I detest it when others do not.......... I brought out a plastic bag and attempted some pickup one evening. The walking area could be bigger. I walked dogs on upper grassy area but near high traffic roads and rutted so less pleasant for walking.

La Quinta was able to take us on with very short notice after issues with our previous accommodation plans at a separate hotel. The room was clean, and the check in/out process was very low stress. Our room was quiet and comfortable. The parking area is well lit and the area itself feels safe.

The staff seemed a little stressed, please give them kudos for being professional despite whatever was going on in the background.

Everyone is so welcoming. We had to stay somewhere for over a month while we waited for our home to be ready. We felt very safe and well taken care of. The location is centrally located to everything and the accommodations are great. I'm so grateful we chose this hotel.

I don't have anything that we didn't like. They were very welcoming and we were well taken care of.

We stayed in room 109 on the main floor. We were right next to the workout room so I was afraid it might be noisy, but it was not. However, when I looked out the window to the parking lot, I notice that the outer window had been broken - then staying on the main floor didn't feel quite as safe.

Prefer a ventilation fan in the bathroom. There was a loud noise like wind blowing in a vent…but no vents I could find. It was distracting and I didn’t sleep well because of it. Bed was uncomfortable and the protector pad on the bed was not zipper enclosed like good bedbug protectors are. Overall very good.

Everything was clean and pristine, for the most part.

I don’t know why type or cleaner they use but when I entered my room, I was about knocked over from whatever it was. I had to go buy air freshener in order to get the smell out and even then it still was over powering. That part made for a very unpleasant stay. Not to mention the A/C was physically damaged but did still work. But the smell….woof.

I really loved the cleanliness and the modernness of the hotel! The hotel is in a good location, the room was really comfortable and clean. The beds were so soft and comfy to sleep on and made me want to overstay my booking.

There wasn’t really anything that displeased me everything was great!
