We thought the bed was super comfortable and the room itself was warm and spacious. Parking was easy and plentiful and overall it was quiet on my floor.

The bathroom needed a bit more cleaning. There was scum around the drain, which made us wonder when it was cleaned last. Additionally we were in a suite with a desk and the chair was stained with blood.

I loved that they had tea options and hot chocolate. Being a non coffee drinker that made it more personal for me. the beds were good and the bathroom was up to date and supplied. The bathroom also had dispensers for the soaps and shampoo and conditioner so less waste.

If there was something to pick at there wasn't any sausage. They had loads of bacon though.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and organized.

Room furniture worn and door to cabinet wouldn’t close. Shower door handle missing. Permanent spot on very worn carpet. Prices seems a bit high for outdated facility.

Location was convenient for me, many restaurants nearby. Breakfast was typical, room was very clean and hotel amenities were were nice. Chuck at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

The business center computers had a recent Windows update and it was annoying to have to click through all the screens to finally get to use it. A sign pointing out the USB port is on the back of the monitor would be nice.

Friendly staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Good selection for breakfast.The room was ice cold! The bed was decent, we slept pretty well.

Hot breakfast food was not really hot. I lost $2 in the soda machine.

Great breakfast, wonderful indoor pool/hot tub, and super clean facility! I will also say I have never experienced such pleasant staff ! The girls during the day as well as the man there in the evenings could not have been more helpful and welcoming! My young daughter INSISTED she wanted to be the one to get extra towels after the pooo so I let her go down . The man on duo ty not only gave us a fresh warm full set but also insisted on riding up and helping her carry them so that she as well as the towels got up safely ! She could have definitely done it on her own but I really appreciate the extra work and concern he put in not knowing that I was secretly keeping an eye on her. He even handed them to her before helping her with the door so she could show how she did it “on her own” fantastic visit will absolutely be back ! I guess my only request to make the visit better would be maybe to provide robes for the room or for back and fourth to the pool ! Otherwize wouldn’t change a thing !

It would be nice if there were robes but I will say the bedding was soft and PERFECT!

The food and coffee were horrible. Especially after a nice stay at an Embassy Suites with an amazing free breakfast

There wasn't anything we didn't like. The pool was a little cooler than we would have liked but a very great stay

The staff was very friendly and checking was efficient. Loved that they had a hot tub, this seems to be something that you see less and less of these days, but it is nice at the end of a long day.

I always like the predictable quality of room, cleanliness, breakfast offerings, amenities, decor, comfort. The bed was a trifle on the hard side, but that is the only critique.

The bed was a bit hard. There was a fair amount of noise in the hall and audible through the walls, but not that big a deal.
