All of the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful, the room was a nice size and very clean, bed was very comfortable

The only downfall was the walk to the room was or seemed like a long ways from the elevator and the carpet in the halls seemed to be very soft so it felt a little weird and if you have knee issues you just have to walk a little more carefully, it seemed at times to throw off your balance

The check in person said they put us on the 7:00 am airport shuttle. Next morning we were waiting for the shuttle and by chance Anita came by it turned out we were not on the shuttle list. She took us right away but thank heavens she came by or we would have missed our flight.

I used the shuttle service twice. I enjoyed the staff. i enjoyed my driver named Anita who was very nice so early in the am for my ride. she made sure that i was comfortable the whole time. I ate the breakfast in the morning. it was really good for the price it cost. great value! The bedding was so comfortable and luxurious.

The staff was nice. The gym was clean and peaceful. The cookie is always the best part! There were several food options walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast was ok, same thing every morning.

There was mold in the bathroom ceiling. The front desk support had to slouch down to work on the computer and they looked uncomfortable. If they have to stand then they need a standing desk to work on.

The food was cold at breakfast, juice tasted watered down. Drinks were $3.00 a can for soda.

The spa was refreshing, the pool was a perfect temp. I love that there were 2 spaces both with tv access and the "sitting" area was separated from the bed area. The temperature of the room was uniform throughout, so we were all comfortable.

We had breakfast without any hot/cooked items, HOWEVER, there was an abundant variety of what was available and it was all fresh and good!!!

Everything. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, the hotel itself was clean, the gym was clean and had plenty of equipment to workout with, the staff was nice and helpful, it was just an awesome hotel in almost every way

The pool was actually kind of small, a lot smaller than the pictures depicted. The hot tub also only seats maybe 2 people, 3 max. Which I’m just glad they had a pool, however one ENTIRE day I was there, about 5 different families brought their 10 or so kids and let them use the pool and hot tub so no one else could comfortably use or enjoy either one. We tried to sit in the hot tub but kids kept running and jumping in the water with us and being loud and obnoxious. Not the hotels fault by any means, just wished the parents were a little more thoughtful. I understand they paid for the hotel as well and it’s their right to use it, but maybe after 5 hours let someone else have a go. Overall not a big deal though. Still very happy with the stay.

Boxed breakfast exactly what I would eat. Excellent location to airport, variety of choices for delicious restaurants, and good location to all interstate routes I traveled. Oklahoma City beautiful city to visit. The Western Heritage & Cowboy Museum main reason I visited area. An excellent museum exceeding my expectations! Visited downtown attractions, but if weather was not so hot & humid I would have spent more time exploring downtown area.

Too humid weather in June. Even tho I am from Las Vegas and use to high temperatures, I would return for a visit not in the summer to enjoy more outdoor attractions. Unfortunately, I chose the time of year when nationwide was having a excessive heat wave everywhere. Otherwise no complaints.

Love the room. Hotel was beautiful. The hot cookie was awesome. Staff was very friendly.

The pillows and mattress could be better. The restaurant and bar was closed that was disappointing.
