Location!!

The staff was VERY friendly and helpful, however made a mistake checking us in, and gave us a room “Belonging” to another reservation… The staff quickly noticed the issue and corrected this, however it involved refunding the first credit card charge and then re-swiping the card again for the “new” room, etc….less than 30 minutes to correct the issue….

THE STAFF!!! the night desk clerk the night we stayed which was March 2, 2023. She was amazing. she was so welcoming and made sure that everything we needed was there. And let us know that we could call her at any time if we found anything that we just liked or anything that we needed. She also went out of her way , when we ordered DoorDash to make sure that the whole thing was a safe transaction. T are he lady who worked during the day and the food that morning the next morning on 3 March she was also amazing. I love the tile in the bathroom floor. The bathtub and walls that everything was so sparkly and shiny and new everything is just beautiful.

for my taste, the beds could’ve been a tad softer.

Great location for our needs. Large, comfortable room. Extra cabinets and sink by the mini kitchen were great. It's wonderful to have a table with chairs in the room!

We were trading shifts sitting with family at a local hospital. We kept the do not disturb sign on the door. Despite this someone opened the door to come in! Why?

it was very clean. complementary breakfast was delicious.

i had to make some changes to our hotel rooms but when I tried on the app it wouldn’t let me so I called the hotel and told them and the receptionist told me she could take care of it. when I got to the hotel they said they saw no notation regarding the changes and they could do nothing about it. after talking to them and then talking to their manager they said they would do it this one time as a one time curtesy. I don’t believe this was a courtesy, your employee didn’t know how to do their job so I believe it was a must to get it done for us.

The whole staff was wonderful and the stay was good.

The only problem was there was a strange smell in our room. It got better after they vacuumed and cleaned the room. I just wish we had asked them to do so sooner.

It was as expected. Clean room and well lit parking lot. The only thing that bothered me was there was no hair dryer in the room, and with expecting there would be, I didn't bring one.

Great location. Large clean quiet room with ice cold ac. Room has large flat screen tv, closet & drawer space, cold mini fridge, microwave, & coffee maker. Comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. Lots of outlets and charging ports for devices. Large bathroom with plenty of towels. Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash, body lotion, & hair dryer provided. Good assortment of breakfast options, coffee, & juice included.

We could have used an extra blanket.

I was attempting to use heater vs. cooler; however, it didn't work. Cold air blew the night and made for am uncomfortable sleep. Request closer room to front parking.. Didn't receive

We loved how welcoming the staff was. Housekeeping was AMAZING! The breakfast selection was on point and the coffee station was well stocked. We also liked the location because everything we needed was with in a 10min drive! We will be back!

I don't think I can say 1 bad thing about this place.

It was clean and the staff was awesome. But, it’s sad to see all of the homeless people close by. And a couple of days of my stay. They were in the Hotel parking lot. Asking for money.
