Right off top the parking lot super clean and once we got to the door the smell of the establishment was amazing I’ve never been in a hotel that smelled so amazing in my life ( I had to ask the employee what the smell was so I could buy it for my house ) and clean and the staff was amazing as well and when we got to the room I was shocked it was like a apartment full kitchen with plates and utensils , dish soap , dishwasher with washer pod ,big fridge with ice-maker , stove it was loaded ( i could live there if i needed to ) it was by far the most pleasant hotel we ever stayed in and we will be back. Thank you!

Couldn’t communicate with house keeping I asked for toilet tissue they gave me towels I don’t want anyone to lose their jobs but it would be nice if they could understand English but it’s cool they eventually grabbed the correct item I needed.

This Hotel was EXCEPTIONAL. My husband and I travel alot and we were just in awe of soo many aspects of our stay! 1. Cleanliness of the room and the entire common areas is Impeccable. 2. The comfort of the bed was soo good, its the first full nights sleep I have had in a LONG time. 3. The breakfast......AMAZING!!!! Huge Huge selection of every kind of breakfast goodness you can think of, and even 10 minutes before closing up on a weekend they kept everything out, fresh and stocked. 4. Location to everything downtown is a few minutes walk or drive. We loved everything about our stay except that it was too short of time.

Friendly staff, good breakfast selections and any time I had a question employees had an answer and did not have a problem helping me. It seemed like the staff that worked there were doing their best at keeping people off the property that did not belong and watching the cameras I think.

There was not anything that the management could control that I did not like.

Within walking distance of all things Bricktown. Clean & secure. Close to I-40. Directly across the street from a convenience store. Kitchenettes w/ dishes supplied. Staff is very polite & professional.

The bath & shower diverter didn’t lift all the way, so the faucet was still spewing water while the shower was going. This caused the water pressure to be terrible from the shower head.

Quiet, staff very helpful. Social time in the afternoon was nice to meet other hotel guests. Great breakfast included.

Not walkable at night. Didn’t feel safe enough as it was quite dark (no streetlights) so we just Ubered into Bricktown for a small price.

I liked everything, no complaints. Stayed here for my birthday getaway, some much needed Me Time. The room was very nice, smaller than I thought from the Booking.com pics. But still no complaints. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable. Will definitely be staying again!

My dislike was that the toilet ran the whole time I there and it was loud, but I just kept the bathroom door closed. Wish there was more of a variety at breakfast, definitely wish Happy Hour was available on the weekends instead of just during the week.

It was a clean comfortable stay and a wonderful staff overall. Breakfast area was awesome each day . You always saw a smile from the staff members. Great team work. Thanks again and I will return on my next visit.

They didn’t have an ice machine, there was a fridge in the room with an ice maker but I’m picky about ice

The staff and management for this location are outstanding - we had an issue because we used Venmo to pay for the room through booking.com. However, they worked hard with kindness and attention to detail until all was resolved happily. The room is really comfortable, the breakfast is incredible, they even hosted a happy hour for the guests!! and we hope to visit this location again.

Don't use Venmo to book your room - it may be convenient when you're sitting at home on your computer, but the funds hide in the cloud and don't always arrive in the hotel's account in a timely fashion.

Location was great, close to the Paycom center. Hotel room was nice and clean. Plenty of room for my family of four.

Bed was not as comfortable but cleanliness of the room made up for it.
