Hotel was clean and fresh. Check in was quick and easy, as was check out. Room was much larger than expected (king size bed room). Room was clean & comfortable with king bed, and chase lounge couch. AC worked great (it was 100 degrees outside). Elevator worked and the pool was filled with folks enjoying it on a hot day. I read several negative reviews just a day prior to our stay. So glad I didn’t get scared and cancel. Didn’t have any issues the bad reviews talked about. Will stay here again for the next concert at Lucas Oil. Happily surprised with hotel.

Really can’t think of anything that was lacking or we complained about. As mentioned, everything worked, didn’t have noisy neighbors above or below us (we were on the 2nd floor). Was an easy stay without hassle.

The staff was great, smiled and greeted you when you entered. Apologized for not able to get the two rooms together but were able to get near the elevator. Fair compromise you can't always get what you would like but love the fact that they apologized and made you feel better. Room was spacious and clean. Plus, WinStar also said good things about the inn which made me more comfortable about the place.

Nothing major bathroom needing plastering near the tub on both sides towards the bottom, took pictures and showed the front desk person when checking out. She said she would make sure to have the done.

Large room big bathroom. Clean. Big flat screen television with lots of channels available for viewing. Firm bed which we prefer. Quiet, no interruptions during our stay. Breakfast was just like any other hotel's continental breakfast setup.

The only negative was the shower curtain that had half of the rings holding it to the shower curtain rod missing which allowed water to escape the shower enclosure.

Went to have some fun at the casino! The price was awesome and the room was even better! Very clean and spacious... My first time but fa sure not my last! I normally stay at Winstar but I loved my stay here

The housekeeper literally knocked on my door at 11:01 saying I was gonna be charged an Xtra night if I didn't hurry to check out 🤦🏽‍♀️... I politely told her we were coming out. I just thought that was really rude. We were making sure we'd gathered all our things before we left

The property was nice. The bed was super comfortable. The room was clean. It was in a very good location as we came to the hotel because we were seeing a show at the venue at Winstar casino.

I expected more of a full breakfast. The day that we were there they only had waffles and various pastries and cereal. Eggs bacon sausage something like that would have been good with the price that we paid as well as they did say that it was a full complimentary breakfast.

Location was a definite plus for the concert we attended.

Booking stated they had a shuttle to the casino/concert venue 24 hours. Turns out, shuttle didn’t come there actually, you had to meet them at another location and ran until 2am which wasn’t an issue for us but people should know the reality. I had a booking issue to which I’ve still had no response several days after our stay.

The room was absolutely wonderful. So incredibly comfortable for all of my family. Huge rooms.....super spacious! A wonderful view. The couch/living room area was absolutely wonderful.....and worked out so well with our kiddos.

The fridge would work off and on....it started to leak quite a bit. The neighbors were loud inconsiderate a*holes. The restroom door wouldn't close properly so we weren't able to lock it unless we lifted it and pushed it in. Not very much food options around.

I loved how helpful and accommodating the staff was. The snacks and possible necessities for purchase in the small store were priced great and very helpful when needing a coke or a late snack or quick bite after if needed.

My only big issues were that the water pressure wasn’t my fave and the soft water feeling but that wasn’t unbearable. When U booked I was lead to believe a shuttle was available at all hours to and from this spot to Windstar Casino. This isn’t exactly true. You have to walk over to another hotel and catch the shuttle there. Just easier to drive yourself at that point but frustrating because this was the number one deciding factor in booking here. Other than the water pressure not blasting how I’d prefer and the shuttle I really enjoyed the staff and set up they have going on here and I will certainly book with this location again!

Location was good. I missed breakfast.

When I booked the room online I requested extra blankets and per my reservation I was told my request would be made. When I get to the hotel I was told there were no extra blankets. I would have brought my own had I know this before hand.

Very clean and convenient. Great stay!

"Breakfast" was more like take out on the road snacks. They were good but not a real breakfast.
