Hotel staff was very nice, location was good and there was ample parking available. They have plenty of amenities such as a business center, pool, fitness area that are good bonuses as well.

We were not made aware that the breakfast was not complimentary when we checked in. Breakfast was pretty standard hotel breakfast split into either hot foods (eggs, sausage, etc) or cold foods (cereal, yogurt, bread, etc. From what we were told you had to choose between the two. Price was around $10 a plate.

Directions to reach it were confusing. A MAPS issue perhaps not yours. Not sure I was charged for the room I signed up for, seemed I got a room for two disabled people when I didn’t ask for that.

The whole facility was extremely clean and the fresh. The clean linens (towels, sheets,etc.) were wonderful. The staff was second to none--the absolute best that our family who stays at numerous places throughout the year has encountered. The location was great as was the parking.

The bed mattresses were extremely hard in our family's opinions. We had a really hard time getting comfortable on them, which made resting a little harder than desired. However, we realize that different people have different mattress preferences, so we really couldn't consider this as a fault of the hotel. We just differ in opinions on the matter.

Room was well appointed for our needs. The central location is appealing & convenient. . We like having the restaurant and bar in the hotel.

This is very minor, but there was only one lounge chair & would have been nice if there were two.

the Christmas decorations. The height and decor of the lobby, a separate seating area with fireplace. the politeness of ALL shift crew.

one of our family members are vegan…it would be nice if a few vegan options were available

Price was high, but then again so is everything else these days since Covid.

the property was fine. I was upset with booking.com gave me price of 146.00 per night. where Hilton’s price was 120. I asked the man that checked me in and he said yes I know but no adjustment was made or even spoken about. I messaged booking.com and they didn’t respond either so I will never use them again. I deleted their app. It had been my go to for all travel but never again. I will rate booking.com poorly

Clean, quite & comfortable.

We stayed in a “Accessible” room. 👍 Bathroom didn’t have ventilation fan to dissipate moisture. Is that not a code violation? Mirror never cleared up enough (even after wip down) so I could use it to shave.

It was clean and the location was great. The staff were very helpful and considerate.

There isn’t anything I can say I disliked.
