The lady that made our breakfast was very rude, she acted like we were inconveniencing her. When I made my reservation I asked for rooms close to each other inside, when I called the hotel they told me they had connecting rooms out side and was able to do that but when we got to the hotel the rooms were not available, we ended up only getting one room for my husband, myself, and 4 children, and had to cancel the other room. I was very displeased with this especially since I called after booking and was told we could have connected rooms. The lady at the front desk was very polite and apologetic for the mix up and was able to give us a bigger room to accommodate our family. Even though she was very busy with a lot of check in’s she always kept a smile on her face and was very professional. The kids loved all the games they have for them to play, they were very excited.

Friendly staff, great social areas to spend time with family in comfort. Games and pool area are beautiful. Food and service for breakfast was so welcoming. Pictures online match with expectations. Great motel with age and character.

very convenient and affordable. on-site breakfast was a great value. nice renovations, especially like the flooring choice in the room. the front desk staff was so pleasant, especially the morning shift explaining the hot water issue. I am so sorry other guests were rude.

the toilet could use a better cleaning. hot water was limited, but understand the issue related to the cold winter blast and frozen pipes.

Breakfast was good. Made to order omelette and waffles. Good location. Friendly staff. My first room the heater wasn’t working. I was moved promptly to another room.

No elevator. Doors hard to open until you get it figured out but they do tell you upon check in. The pool was nice the first day but then cold the next 2. Bathroom small to close door.

They have an amazing breakfast! They have scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, omelets they cook, biscuits and gravey, cereal, waffles, toast... basically everything. The fun activities for kids is a plus and the pool was really nice. Also, the cookies at check in.

We loved everything but the beds could have been more comfortable.

The breakfast options were great. Liked that we could order eggs cooked how we wanted.

The location of the room. Was told that since we used a 3rd party booking company we were put on the 2nd floor facing a very busy loud road as those were the rooms saved for those types of bookings.

The free breakfast is the best free breakfast you will find anywhere. Custom cooked omelets, eggs and waffles, plus a great staff! The atrium is awesome! Pool, putt putt golf, billiards, ping pong and more! Great location and a great price too

The rooms could use a facelift, A/C is a bit noisy

Room was clean,bed comfortable, and staff friendly. We enjoyed playing mini golf. We went to see family and we had nice place to visit with comfortable couchs and chairs to sit.The pool area was clean with plenty of things to do, pool,golf,and other games. Great breakfast!

Very well unkept. No trash tossed anywhere. Groundskeeping vey nice. Room is nice. The bathroom sink needs some work. There is Calcium build up around the handles. I work in a hospital, so this is a no-no. Little nasty germs like hiding in it. Use some CLR and it will come off.

Great breakfast, plentiful and of good verity. Breakfast was served in a restaurant at the facility and the attendant was friendly and more helpful than expected, even frying eggs on request. Our room was very clean and of easy access with our dog. The desk clerk on arrival gave us an easy access room. Although this facility is a bit older the location is great and for pet lovers the grounds are made for short walks, and no pet fee. Room per night fee was better than expected.
