The location. Easy walk through OldTown

They only provide two towels & coffee for one night. It’s a damp climate & towels don’t dry overnight. We had to go to the front desk each day to request coffee so we could make it in our room. Also the “free” breakfast was very low quality….overcooked hard boiled eggs, dried out mini muffins & one flavor of yogurt. Right now I’m in a mid-range hotel (chain) that is providing fresh scrambled eggs, sausage & potatoes along with wide assortment of pastries.

Great location, can park at hotel and walk easily around downtown stores and restaurants. Also river there to walk along and enjoy. Short easy drive to ocean. Hotel was great. Quiet, super clean, and helpful, friendly staff. They just started up breakfast again, and it was good.

All went well and enjoyed stay.

It was clean and a great location for walking to many local shops/boutiques and lots of yummy places to eat and great views of the bay. Staff was friendly and super helpful and it was quiet and relaxing. A great place to stay and we will be back!

They don’t have air conditioning (not that you probably need it most of the year) but a fan you plug in. It was fine and we were comfortable, it was just a surprise. The T.V. was difficult to use but we spent most of our time outside exploring so it was fine.

Pleasant staff, complimentary washer and dryer, lots of stores both in walking and driving distance. I wish we were able to get a room of the river, however wonderful time had by all. Thank you.

Unable to turn on the air, the heat was on in our room and we went out, did not realize our luggage was next to a heat vent, smelled burning which was actually my luggage against that🥴

Excellent friendly and helpful staff made an important impact. The location is perfect for walking around Old Town. Easy parking made getting in and out convenient. Clean and comfortable accommodations made for a relaxing stay overall.

Noise from loud vehicles (specifically modified diesel pickups pulling sand toys).

Large area. Balcony view. Sinks located outside bathroom. Staff attentiveness.

Needs updating. Furniture is dated and worn. Jacuzzi is plenty large enough, but needs more jets. Replace toilet with standard height and seat size. No bible!

We always stay here when we visit Florence. Convenient to downtown. Staff always professional and courteous. And cannot beat the River view.

This establishment's pictures on booking do not do it justice! The room was extremely comfortable with lots of storage space and a very comfortable bed. The carpet was new, the fixtures were new, the flooring and tiling were new. It was lovely to have a table with two chairs (something many hotels are getting rid of as they are catering to business people with the one desk one chair thing) so that we could play games and eat leftovers or snacks. The view was great and the extra touch of having chairs and a table on the balcony was appreciated.

They did not havebreakfast available...one of those poor "Covid" excuses. That was a bit disappointing, but the Little Brown Hen restaurant was worth the extra visits there!!

Great location. Excellent shower water pressure. Was right on the river had a good balcony so could watch the boats. We walked from our hotel to shops & restaurants.

No air conditioning luckily we didn't need it was 80ish one of our days the fan helped. To much furniture in the room. Bathroom was small.

Breakfast was good. Location was wonderful! Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed sitting out on the balcony overlooking the river and watching all the birds.

The slider was difficult to open and close and a few things in the room could use updating.
