Everything but the bed! Clean, comfortable, great shower temp & water pressure, breakfast, coffee was fantastic!, heater worked perfectly, nice TV, blankets, pillows, towels, all amenities were fantastic! Loved the tiled floor design - unique and pretty! Wonderful, quiet, great location. Amazing kitchen with full appliances and even a dishwasher & garbage disposal! Could easily live there for an extended time if needed!

The bed was rock hard but my husband was ok with it, the walls are kind of thin - heard someone's TV rumbling most of the night. Fan for the bathroom didn't work so shower got a little steamy.

I liked that I was accommodated with an ADA room at the last minute and the room was very close to the front desk, dining area and front door, and I was able to park my car in a Handicap space close to the door. The laundry room was roomy with good dryers that didn’t melt my clothes! I was promptly brought an Ethernet cable when I had difficulty with Wi-Fi bandwidth at check-in time. Recycling bin was provided, and dishes for 2 provided. Even wine glasses!

The ADA room was spacious enough for a wheelchair with many hand bars in thee bathroom that would accommodate a wheelchair, but without an ADA toilet, a wheelchair bound person would have a difficult time with only the one long hand bar on one side and behind the stool to position themselves with. The toilet is way too low! The microwave was filthy and I had to clean it myself or change rooms, but was brought cleaning spray and rag to help me do so. A cork screw would have been appreciated. The desk area was spacious and the area was very quiet for a pet-friendly stay!

Stay was as expected. We enjoy Larkspur Landing Hotels. We loved the location so much, we booked an extra night. Breakfast was super and we liked that it was a little different each day. Very quiet and easy access to Portland. We came to ride bikes on the Banks to Vernonia bike trail. We also discovered historic Hillsboro. What a fun town with a great espresso and bakery. They also have a cool Friday night street market. If you want to go the the beach. Seaside and Cannon are not that far. We will be back.

We were not told at check in that we'd have to request room make up service due to the hotel still being on COVID protocals. That was a little inconvenient.

Receptionist was wonderful, room was nice and comfortable, bed was very comfortable, location was less than five minutes drive from where we needed to go the next day, breakfast was good and I’m excited to come back and stay here again!

Only thing I had a problem with was I couldn’t figure out how to make the sleep setting on the tv work. I like to fall asleep with the tv on because the noise helps me fall asleep but I couldn’t figure out how to make the sleep setting work. This may have also been operator error as I am unfamiliar with the tv and its remote.

The place was very nice, clean, bed was comfortable, it was quiet, the room was good size. It was nice that it had a large refrigerator - freezer in the room. Breakfast was okay. Sorry to say a lot of the items were not there had to ask for it.

That both days it was the same on breakfast. But I guess it's because I like bacon not sausage.

I like the affordability and convenience to access the freeway. It is also close to a Dutch Bros 😊

I didn’t like that there were no mirrors outside of the bathroom. It would be nice to have a mirror by the table so an individual could get ready, do makeup, etc while someone else is occupying the bathroom or taking a shower.

The breakfast was great and delicious. The dining area was nice and clean. The room had a full kitchen, which was a nice surprise. With the full kitchen also cam plates, cups and silverware, which was cool. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The check out time is great at noon, we didn't feel rushed out like other hotels.

It was very odd that the bathroom did not have a fan. There was no trash can in the bathroom. These are my only complaints about our stay.

It is a nice hotel with spacious rooms and a kitchenette. the room was clean, and in good working order. the l shape desk is nice to work t and/or use to put stuff. The spacious rooms and L-shape desk are the reasons I have stayed at this hotel several times in the last several years. The Breakfast was more than muffins, bananas, and cereal. Had a layout of eggs, sausage, and pancakes. Was decent for still cheap hotel breakfast quality. This coming from a US Army Combat Veteran.

The price has gone up from a few years ago when the quality hasn't. they used to discount their rate on the weekends as they are a business travel week type hotel. I don't want to say their quality went down, but they are not the bright shiny new hotel anymore. They were not signs of massive wear and tear. but it was not shiny new anymore.

Almost every night I stated, there were people screaming and acting up at very late hours. It is what it is sometimes. Not in a bad area but anywhere with bus access is. Water could be hotter and there could be more before going cold. I'm being picky. I would gladly stay there again.

Baths not hot or dull. Noisy guests.

Design of the room, having a separate sleeping area with a door that closes is not usually found. Also really appreciated a full sized refrigerator, and kitchenette. It also was very quiet.

The furniture was older and clearly worn. If you are someone who needs trendy furniture, this would not be to your liking. I had stayed before and brought extra pillows to use on the sofa so with that we were totally comfortable.
