The hotel is in a great location, close restaurants, bars and cafes. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The lobby (Jupiter NEXT) was great to hangout after we checked out.

We traveled with our 2-year old baby and while I was assembling the pack & play, I gave a slight hit to the wall facing the hallway. Immediately, the security staff knocked on my door saying that people were complaining about loud noises and they wanted to know if everything was OK. I explained the situation and they were on their way but I was surprised that I got called out for a minor thing like that while some folks were leaving their rooms, speaking and laughing really loud (right in front of the security staff) and they said nothing to them 🤷🏼‍♀️

Well at first I choose Jupiter hotel. I didn't care for being away from everything and didn't feel to safe. It was just me, room was cute but small. I spoke to Sabrina and she was amazing. I was able to upgrade to a king size room with window. My trip after that was amazing.

The Jupiter was a lively and engaging property with a very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are basic and in the old section showing a little wear but still quite serviceable. It was also quiet enough to allow for a comfortable night of sleep. The location is perfect - close to major transit and quite walkable.

I could have used a little more creature comforts in the room. A hot water pot or coffee maker would have been good. The heat is supplied by an in-wall air conditioning unit so the heat is uneven and the fan a little on the noisy side.

I loved so many things: First, that the staff included nonbinary persons, the whole vibe of vintage/retro chic was on point, the beds were SO COMFY, the price and location were very nice, the lamps by the bed and chalkboard doors were also great, and overall the four of us had a great stay. So happy that pups were allowed! 🐶 Oh!! And we LOVED the blackout curtains.

The only thing we didn’t like was that we could hear another room taking a shower at 7 AM (before we were ready to wake up). The water pressure or something of that nature made it so we heard the entire shower of water and pipes. But the blackout curtains and comfy beds were so good that we all fell back asleep right after.

The Jupiter is a pretty cool place! I enjoyed the stay but my partner had some reservations about the property, mainly the cleanliness and the comfortability of the bed. I thought it was a great stopover on our long roadtrip. Regardless, the staff was incredibly friendly and I loved that the hotel had partnerships with local businesses where guests got some cool perks and good discounts like Sizzle Pizza, just a couple blocks away.

Kind of an odd ball, but not bad. Beds were comfy, good interior design. Check in staff was friendly and helpful. They did try to put us in a ‘quieter’ room.

We were in a first floor location and the noise level from the upper rooms was awful. Could completely make out every single word of the couple upstairs. Pack your ear plugs. The QR codes reminding guests to tip were a bit much. We do and did, but the signs made it seem tacky.

The staff is amazing. Super helpful and friendly. Jupiter and Jupiter next is always my “go-to” when staying in the area. The whole place has nothing but good vibes. Day or night, you can hang out in the common areas and feel safe and have fun.

There’s no way to keep food and drinks cold (no mini fridge or microwave) or reheat food. That would have been perfect.

The room felt clean, the bed was comfortable and so were the sheets, and the water pressure was great and the hot water got very hot! No complaints and it felt safe there with security on site. Nice to be able to park in their parking lot with security.

There was a slight soapy smell but of all the smells a room could have, it's not one you could complain about really. There was also no mini fridge bur if you come prepared with a cooler, There is ice available so no big deal.

We stayed in the "original" part. Motel feeling with a contemporary vibe. Ground floor room facing the patio bar: no disturbance, super quiet night and comfy sleep. Staff was stellar. Overall I would say it has quite the contemporary "hipster " vibe without the snobbishness. In our room, the water pressure nearly shot you out if the bathtub. Which is a big swiss flag.

The only thing I didn't like is that we only had one night.
