We liked the friendly and warm staff, the spacious suite we were kindly upgraded to at no extra cost, free drinks and breakfast, and the quality of the pub fare offered by the kitchen. The dry sauna was divine.

The pool and hot tub need some love. There was a lot of build up and discoloration on both. The water under the type of lights used in the pool area looked a sickly green. The location on Hayden Island was really frustrating to get to and from either North or South Portland. We ran into massive slowdowns any direction we tried to come or go. We chose it to be close to friends who live on the island but it was such a pain to come and go that we wouldn’t stay here again in spite of enjoying the hotel itself.

Our room was pleasant enough, quite spacious, and with a comfortable king bed and sofa. The layout of the room was a bit strange with one sink outside the bathroom doing double duty for the kitchenette. Towels were thin, but the bed and covers were quite comfortable. We skipped one free breakfast as it was over by 9 a.m. Relatives in another suite told us that breakfast was quite good and included create it yourself omelettes. Parking is good, and the hotel suites are a great value overall.

Towels were thin; problems with plumbing -- fixed, but then needing work again; breakfast from 6 to 9 is over too early.

Quite Comfortable Could have offered cold water in room Beautiful room and big shower area large towels and large bottles of Shampoo, Conditioner, Liquid Soap, and Lotion wonderful smell. Real glass water glasses, bigger ice buckets, real drinking coffee or tea cups with paper saucers. Plus Coffee, and Tea too. Microwave, Ironing board, Refrigerator, big roomy beds, 4 big pillows, and Sofa bed to if needed.

Super cold in room took forever to warm up. Needs Safety Bars in around toilet and in shower area. We were both handicap and needs help in rest room.

Bathroom was really clean. And bed was comfortable.

Heater did not work 1st night. 3rd night a a ton of really young boy basketball players were just running down the hall screaming around. Called front desk 3 times then they called about 10:00pm and said they would move me to a higher floor where it would be quieter. But I did not want to pack all my stuff up and move that late at night. Manager gave me 1/2 off the room rate which was fair. I would deffinetly stay there again just not Friday, Saturday, Sunday❌ And stop with raising the nightly fairs$ up on the weekends your not in Vegas. Seen a huge corn nut on the floor so maid definitely did not do their best job💯👎. I get it the world is not perfect but the rate You charge should be getting a 4 star hotel not a 3 start hotel.

Wonderful and friendly staff throughout lobby and bar. Bar served delicious takeout dinner and happily served our complimentary drinks for the night. Gated parking for peace of mind. Dog enjoyed the dog run in the back and the grassy area in the front. Room was spacious and clean.

Room was very spacious and comfortable. The room and entire facility was very clean. Check-in staff were friendly and helpful. Like the fact that the parking area is behind locked gates. Very nice breakfast, better than average. Complimentary drinks in the bar were a nice touch.

breakfast was full on buffet and the young guy who cleaned the hallways or bathrooms kept being so friendly and polite my family loved him !… Please promote him ! or give him a bonus ! The property was only 0.4 miles away from shopping centers that included target and Ross and tj max and Burlington ! It’s across Burger King .

The bartender lady had a bad snobby attitude like she didn’t wanna be there at all . That is all we didn’t like

Room was comfortable and spacious enough. I liked that they had a restaurant and bar. You ordered and picked up your food. We had a hamburger which was good. It was like pub fare and good quality. They have a pool. The staff was very nice all round even doing little extra. Free food at happy hour, they had clam chowder that day. The decor an homage to the old Jantzen Beach was cool.

The location is not the convenient for walking around, there is a Taco Time across the street but not much else. We drove so that wasn't a problem.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Close to shopping, I always forget to pack something.

We looked for a drink in the morning to take medication. The only thing offered was a $5 bottle of water. Seemed like a lot to me.

The breakfast was much better than I expected. And the kitchen staff were very kind. Even though we didn’t have time to use all our drink vouchers, we appreciated that our children were included in this perk too.
