The hotel sits right on the bank of the river, and it is a beautiful view! The room was quiet and large, but excellent for the price. The staff were always cheerful and helpful, the bed was comfortable, and it was clean.

Firstly, there were some amenities that were missing: there was no safe in the room, nor robes, there was almost no towel racks in the bathroom. The balcony could have used a good cleaning. I requested maid service one of the days I was there, and they didn’t replace the tp. The hotel is located in an area undergoing redevelopment, and there are only a few restaurants etc within walking distance. Much of this is rather pedantic, though.

Location is both quietly tucked away and a stones throw from pretty much everything you would want to do in the greater Portland area. A five minute walk up the river walk puts you in the area of a bunch of quick bites should you not want to drive out anywhere.

Seems like there is a lot of potential in waiting with the forthcoming renovations. There was nothing outwardly BAD about our stay, but it did feel limited with any kind of amenities or options and some furniture and decor felt like it was showing its age.

Nice modern vibe. Lovely terrace/river view from room. Quiet. Nice lobby bar. Comfortable rooms. Soaking tub.

The bathtub had hair and was not cleaned. I was really looking forward to soaking after moving my daughter into dorm. ☹️ Location did not seem safe for solo lady to walk alone outside at night/from parking lot--isolated area along river.

The hotel wasn’t downtown, but only a short drive to downtown. Downtown Portland was nice but the are where this property is is MUCH nicer. It’a right on the river am there is a GREAT walking path along the river for anyone traveling with pets. This hotel has one of the best per policies I’ve seen.

There isn’t a restaurant on property. Rooms were spacious but lacked character. Our room didn’t have a towel rack next to the shower, which was a little inconvenient, and the toilet paper holder literally came out of the wall on day one. I’m also still waiting for my checkout receipt to be emailed to me.

The staff was exceptional. Amber, our check-in hostess, went out of her way to accommodate us and ensured we were always comfortable. She is a credit to the organization and other hotels could take hospitality lessons from her.

Not trashing here but we booked during renovations for conversion to Hilton. The spa and a few other amenities were not open and would have been enjoyed. No food service yet but hopefully when construction is through, we should all be pleasantly surprised.

Very nice room with a large terrace area. The restroom was very spacious with a large bathtub. The morning front desk agent was very friendly and offered us advice on what to do in the area. Though the hotel was under renovations during our stay, we had no issues with noise and the location was very near local transit stops.

The bedding (blanket) for the pull-out couch was pretty thin and the front desk was reluctant to provide a duvet for some reason.

Friendly staff, quiet, had an on-site restaurant/bar with great food. Was within walking distance of the clinic that I was in town to visit.

No candy or soda vending machines on the floors, you had to go down to the lobby mini-store to purchase either item. There were ice machines on each floor.

Enjoyed the room and the parking. I think the balcony could’ve been cleaned a little bit better because I was unable to sit out there due to the spider webs but overall it was a nice place to hang out and stand outside.

I would’ve liked to see the water from the balcony but the trees were beautiful and it was great overall.

The hotel is easy to find from the freeway. It is only a few minutes from downtown Portland. It is situated along the bank of the Willamette River with a paved walking trail. Although there is currently construction happening, it was pretty quiet in the room.

My room was nice with a very comfy king size bed but my room has a mini fridge that did not work.

I booked a room that showed a nice tub, when I got to my room, the bathroom was NOTHING like what I booked. Thankfully Jesse at the front desk handled the situation flawlessly! PLEASE GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE!!! He upgraded my room and I was a happy girl with my tub! At the front desk Jesse gave me a list of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops nearby!

The room I booked, was not the room I received. Thankfully Jesse saved the day. The beds aren’t super comfy, although they weren’t the worst. The toilet room wall and the bathtub wall, have the glass cube window/wall… which makes it a million times colder, and although you probably cannot see in, it was very awkward. Thankfully my room had a fireplace, otherwise I don’t think I would have stayed very warm! Also, there should be actual coffee mugs in the room that can be warmed up in the microwave…. Because the to-go cups are not microwaveable… lol. I did not find a pamphlet or anything in the room that gives information about the hotel etc. I know I could just go to the website, but having that would have been convenient.
