Great location to be for peace and quiet. It's a good spot for anyone interested checking out the rivers and being surrounded with the locals.

Although the place is in a good location for anyone interested checking out local lakes and rivers along fields, the place can be too quiet for those not familiar with the rural side. And especially if coming out from the city. Overall not bad choice pic to stay

The hotel room was spacious and clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The A/C worked well, as did the wifi. The shower had good water pressure. Linens were soft, coffee/tea service, and toiletries as expected. Adequate outlets available to charge electronics. The hotel was quiet and we slept very well. The staff was pleasant and helpful. There was a lovely, inviting swimming pool, though we did not try it. The breakfast was as expected for a Quality Inn. However, we especially appreciated the hard boiled eggs in their shell, and not the often provided rubber eggs. We ate a delicious dinner at the restaurant called "Delish" in Hermiston, about a 10 minute drive from the hotel. Access to the freeway was very good, without the noise of a freeway. Over the years, we have stayed at a number of Quality Inns that could be described similarly to this one. Unfortunately, we recently stayed at another Quality Inn that was an utter failure and disappointment, so we were a bit reluctant to stay again at Quality Inn. But we were pleasantly surprised, and very pleased with this stay, and will stay here again if we're in the area.

We haul a lot of stuff with us into our hotel room at night when we are on a road trip, and this trip was no different. It would have been great to have an elevator, but we managed without problem, and can actually say that the exercise was good for us after a day on the road!

They told me they would accept a company that worked with them to refund my booking .com reservation, and replace it with a new reservation, stated it would cost nore , and I agreed, but am concerned as I have nothing in my banking showing any credit for the booking. Off the road just enough to be quiet and close to the highway. One unexpected thing that added to our enjoyment with our stay was a gathering of dogs and their owners. I love dog people, so nice and friendly. Nice breakfast.

Access to the room from the lobby was a bit of a maze. The wildfire that nearly had us evacuated.

This accommodation is a little out-of-the-way and not in Umatilla as I had expected. That said, the room was spacious, the staff competent, the location - a rural setting near the Columbia river and adjacent to a golf course - unexpectedly peaceful.

Big room and clean

The room had slider doors but the lock was broken and not secured- the night clerk was not knowledgeable about the hotel. He wasn’t very helpful or greet customers with a pleasant face.

Convenient location. Clean and comfortable room. Staff was friendly and helpful when we were checking out.

Staff was apathetic and cold at check-in.

I liked that I was able to check in early and the room was a good size and comfortable

One of the bathroom light bulbs were burnt out so it was fairly dark and the outside door was locked at night and we had to walk around to the front entrance when we parked by the other door expecting it to be open.

Needs more lighting outside. A little more protein for breakfast, like sausage, would be nice.

I enjoyed it very restful nights rest. The facility is far enough away from any traffic that I felt safe, secure, and peaceful.
