Very clean. Breakfast was very good. I had the king size bed & it was clean & comfortable. Great size refrigerator for the room. I loved how there are lots of places to eat. Denny's is right there also, you can walk to it.

Very minor, but there are no USB ports to plug your phones & electronics. Also, if you want to charge your phone over night the plug was kinda far but I had a long cord thankfully. But not a big deal. One more thing, my air conditioner for my room could have been chillier, but I'd still stay here again.

Breakfast was good. Coffee was fair. It was good to see a lady cleaning up the kitchen continuously. The Woodburn hotel is a lot nicer than a lot of other Best Westerns. The personnel at the front were really nice. BIG TURNOFF! We were coming from the airport early (10:00am). I had originally asked for a early check in and was told they would try. When we got there about 11:30 they were going to charge us $80 for early check in. Not nice.

The room was clean and updated, the shower was hot with good pressure, and the breakfast was decent.

The bed was a bit hard for my liking. If I am going to spend this kind of money, I want to sleep on a cloud. They charged a bit much for my small 5 lb chihuahua, 40 for the night was the most I have spent anywhere for a pet friendly establishment. I just want a comfortable stay at a decent price. I'm not trying to buy the place!

It was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I like that there was breakfast options that included eggs and Ham on this day also, they had a waffle machine.

The hot tub is outside pretty much next to the interstate. It's not very soundproof being so close to the interstate.

I was very impressed with your staff at check-in. They were very friendly and courteous. The dining staff greeted us each morning of our stay and the selection in the breakfast meals was great! I was especially impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, from the lobby, to the dining area, and our room. We will definitely stay at this location again. Thank you!

There is really nothing I have to say I liked everything in that room the jacuzzi the bed I could not well I can't find anything to complain about

I like the hard floors, no carpet especially for rooms reserved for folks traveling with pets. it had a great breakfast with a very attentive wait person. the dining area was spotless.

I really hate the smell of fabuloso cleaning products. the hotel lobby really smelled like it and it carried into our first floor room. the smell it puts off really irritates my sinuses. I know they are probably just trying to advertise that they have a clean hotel, but I think of 1 star hotels when I smell fabuloso. They need a more upscale cleaner. other than that nothing else to report negatively about.

Property was way to find, cleanliness exterior and interior, plenty of parking to accommodate guests. The staffs were super friendly and very helpful.

Your staff was extremely friendly and kind. Especially the breakfast lady on our first morning and third morning. We enjoyed the pool it was clean we didn’t have any towels but found out later we could get them from the front desk. The downfall is you allow pets and a dog was in the room next to us who barked and it was difficult as we were the next room to the laundry room during the day only concerns

The drain in the jacuzzi tub didn't work which was why I booked the more expensive room. Also one of the heaters wasn't working but after figuring out it was only ac we just used the 1 heated which was fine.
