loved the space and all the amenities in the room. The layout was excellent. Sleeping area, living room, dressing area and eating. There was separation; which would make an extended stay very comfortable. Excellent light from the windows. Loved the large desk and huge TV.

There was some noticeable wear and tear on carpeting and flooring in the hallways and main floor. There were easy fixes like my shower curtain was ripped at the holes and not replaced. The low battery light was flashing on the thermostat and not replaced. And dirt in the corners of the bathroom. A thorough cleaning and not just surface cleaning is needed. But I find that common in most hotels. Shower stall could be re-caulked.

We liked everything for the most part, and plan on staying again. The location was great, and we love that. Breakfast and staff were great, pool area was clean. Truly it was great! Easy check-in and out

The walls or ceiling were a little thin one may say. I could hear what other people were doing. It was odd to hear a man using the bathroom in the wee morning hours- no pun intended there. I believe a sound machine may help. Also, you could hear neighbors coughing and such. The value aspect is that due to the noise and being able to hear others, it just seemed a little much. We are avid travelers and this was the first time in a long time we experienced this. It could have just been a fluke.

Location. Full kitchen and utensils. Comfort of desk/sofa sitting area.

King bed had center dip. Needs to be replaced. Partner and I kept rolling into one another. Toilet ran...had to always jiggle handle after use. 4 days into stay, key cards stopped working and the machine to rekey was broken. Since over a holiday, parts were slow to arrive and when they did, wrong parts.

The free breakfast was the best part. The kids loved the pool. The rooms are a good size.

The shower pressure was wayyyy too hard. The kitchen is bare minimum for actually cooking anything other than some past.

IT WAS CLEAN SMELLED GOOD AND JUST REALLY CLEAN

ALOT OF WHITE PEOPLE STARING LIKE I DID NOT BELONG! THME PUTTING ALOT OF CHLORINE IN POOL EYES BURNT FOR 4 HOURS LITERALLY AND ALSO FELT LIKE HOUSEKEEPERS ENTERED MY ROOM WHEN I CLEARLY SAID DONT!

My husband and I liked everything about our room and were extremely pleased. The staff was really nice and the continental breakfast was delicious! Check-in and check-out was quick, easy and efficient, and the price of our room was affordable. We will absolutely be staying at this hotel again!

The chlorine in the pool was too high and burned everyone's eyes.

I liked the suite, and having the kitchen for making my own food. The 1 bedroom suite also let me have a few moments away from pets if needed. My cat escaped in the parking lot and the staff have been awesome about trying to help me on subsequent visits.

There aren't always enough luggage carts to go around. Not all the guests are good at returning them, and it gets frustrating. On my most recent visit I caught one who was going to leave the cart in his room while he went to an off site class for the day. When I explained my need he emptied the cart and brought it to me. The breakfast period is only about 2.5 hours long and my schedule didn't allow me to partake in it.

Clean, plenty of room & the lady at the desk Saturday when I checked in & Sunday when I checked out was really friendly & fun.
