Room was spacious and looked clean. Front desk staff were friendly. Parking was close to the entrance.

Front end staff told me I wasn’t eligible to earn IHG member points because I booked through a 3rd party. Also told me I could have gotten a better price had I mentioned military discount. I told them I checked for all the discounts online and thought I picked the best price. He implied they could have given me a better price. I did check through the hotel’s website. Rugs were noticeably worn down in some places in the hallways, looked shabby. No indoor pool at this location, which I knew when I booked.

A little bit of a drive off the highway, but felt like a safe neighbourhood. Front desk ladies were very nice, recommended a spot for dinner nearby that was laidback and well priced. Breakfast was pretty standard but was well stocked. We were upgraded to a king room and it was huge, with a Keurig coffeemaker, small microwave and mini fridge that we didn't need but nice to have.

Everything ok, room very clean and ready. Desk staff great. Was quiet, but don't know how many people were staying there.

Hallways were a bit grungy with worn carpets and door frames in need of paint. Breakfast was average, the yogurt brand needs to be upgraded. Staff great. Family member made the reservation while I was driving in the snow, and we got hosed with the price, NOT the hotel fault but the booking website who tacked on a huge "fee" that was not noticed.

It was convenient n the staff was very friendly. The room was very clean.

We thought that when we booked the room, we would be getting a king size bed but ended up getting a double bed. Not a big deal but would have preferred a king size bed. We realize that it was a availability issue and not the hotels fault.

Clean, friendly staff, had the breakfast and the real breakfast not the prepackaged pandemic crap (or some places I've stayed got rid of breakfast, didn't lower price and never brought it back).

I see why people in the reviews said the places is dated. Toilet seat, carpet worn. Few outlets. Could use renovation. Get rid of the "masks encouraged" sign ppl know its an option.

Clean, modern, fluffy white towels, smells clean and fresh, ac works great, decent breakfast in quiet peaceful room separate from the lobby, workout facility, strong WiFi, comfy beds, lovely staff

Early check in accommodations, shower with hot water pressure was a Plus! Open, accommodating and comfortable set up for breakfast dining. Very courteous and polite check in staff.

Could feel the springs through King mattress on one side versus the other. Furniture a bit out dated, updates are being made.

Lights were out on the side of the building & rear door was propped open all night causing security concerns. I think they were painting & trying to air it out but after 12:00 at least close it. The work out room needs a few weights or power rack.

Its was very clean, the front desk employees were very nice, the breakfast was awesome. The pillows and beds were comfortable and I loved that they offered dove products for showering.

The coffee maker didn’t work, the wifi was not a great connection and the room smelled musty.
