The location was perfect for us. The distance to not only the wedding venue we were there for, but to stores, shops, restaurants, gas station etc.. was PERFECT ! The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly. Our room was much larger than I even pictured (we got the king room with the jacuzzi tub in the room) The bed and pillows were comfy. The pull out couch was comfy for what it was.

The only thing I would really change is that the TV doesn't offer any streaming options. I would've liked to sign into my netflix or hulu and things like that. We were stuck with whatever was on regular TV with commercials. The pool was also pretty small but it worked for the kids to enjoy.

We loved the 24hr snacks and beverage station in the lobby. The FREE breakfast exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean and we were so happy to have an actual BATHTUB. So many properties these days have only showers.

As soon as we pulled up out front to go in and check in 2 of the Employees were smoking outside right in front of the doorway. The smell and smoke were terrible. Also, the pillows are VERY uncomfortable. Thin and they feel like they are filled with plastic

The breakfast was better than most other hotels that I have been to. The food was very good and food areas were kept very clean

The only complaint that I have was the toilet when filling was the loudest one that I ever heard in my life. For some reason the room next to ours shower was also very loud when the water was running ours was not. Compared to all of the positives this hotel had this was insignificant

Largest room we have ever had anywhere. There was still plenty of space in the room with the sofa bed opened. The room and bed were very comfortable, and we didn't experience any problems. Staff was polite and always helpful. The hotel and room were clean and attractive. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

We were in a very nice community

We were told by a clerk that my daughter could have our room upon chocking out she also paid for a room for 4 nights and they did not follow thru because we booked thru booking.com not the hotel direct causing a very upset stay and her 1st room was very humid and had a dehumidifier in it ans smelled musty so they moved her

IT WAS AMAZING!! Great selection and variety. Staff kept everything filled and fresh. Coffee was delicious as was the food. The hours were generous. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Area was kept clean.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like! Total satisfaction with every facet of our stay!

The breakfast was wonderful and there was a nice variety to choose from! It was a quiet and clean hotel. It was great to have a hot tub right by the pool. It was so nice to have good coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate, and ice water at all times in the lobby too.

My only complaints would be that there was a cutoff time for laundry, the pool/hot tub were only open until 9pm, and there was black stuff floating in the hot tub that we ended up cleaning out of there the best we could.

It was a great stay! Very clean, breakfast was very good. My kids had a blast at the pool, a little too cold for my taste, I only enjoy the jacuzzi. Would def recommend and stay again when visiting Hershey.

The clean ladies came to the room, they cleaned and take the trash out but did not make the beds?! Not sure if this is a hotel thing, it’s been years since our last stay, we always end up at Airbnb.

Breakfast was very good! Location was good, right off the highway and easy to find; very close to Hershey, as well as sights in Lancaster.

The bathroom was very tiny, toilet and shower only with not much room to move around in, with the sink being in the main room. This however was not a big issue.

The property was very clean, the room was spacious and the staff were so nice to deal with. The breakfast was excellent. My grandchildren loved the swimming pool and spent many hours there. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others!
