Best service EVER!! The staff were phenomenal at preparing 3 separate rooms and decorating it for 3 different occasions! My husband and I celebrated our anniversary, my nephew was a new graduate and my dad turned 70. Nobody expected it and when we all went to our rooms, it was a fabulous surprise! This hotel is top of the tier when it comes to accommodations. It was one night, passing through...but what a welcome! Thank you ladies for the great memory!! Location is great for shopping and food options, but the staff... number one!!

Rooms were a little musty, but they all had kitchenettes, which trumps the must.

I like the size of the rooms and the location is central to a lot of fun things such as the mill creek mall and peach street. I think for the cost, it is a really good value. I would stay here again.

I have stayed here two times now and both times the noise is very disruptive. I don't want to be the person that calls and complains, but this time it was hard to sleep. There was someone banging around upstairs the whole night. Also, the fridge makes a terribly loud noise that without turning it off would keep us up / wake us up.

There was no breakfast at this location. This was a disappointment. It is always more convenient when we can just get breakfast at the hotel.

The room had a slight damp smell which I think could have been solved with some kind of dehumidifying to prevent this. The tub drain was clogged and did not drain properly, however when we reported this, it was immediately taken care of. The maintenance person was very prompt, and helpful. We appreciated this!

The staff that was there Friday was pretty salty. Made it seem like we annoyed/bothered her. Felt uncomfortable to even take my kids to the pool that night. The rest of the staff was amazing and down to earth to my children

The room was nice and included a small kitchenette. That was helpful since I could bring food back and reward it for extra meals. Location was great. Central to everything. Minutes from Presque Isle which was why I was visiting.

I'm not sure the room was cleaned as well as it should have been. There were no bath towels in the bathroom and there was a used bar of soap in the shower.

Friendly and helpful staff. I loved that the bedroom was separated from the living area so the kids had their own space. Very clean. Nice laundry room with quick wash and dry times. The kids loved the pool and the gym! Overall a great stay. My favorite hotel I've been to!

Location was excellent.

The breakfast. We had to move the car out by 8AM and park in another lot which was very difficult for elderly people. I understand they were repaving the parking lot but for us we had to load up the car and check out.

Clean and quiet. My room was spacious and well appointed.

The Free breakfeast was hard to figure out. Lots of the food has prices on it. I guess I could have asked someone for clarification. But people were checking out, so the attendant was busy.

Location, price and cleanliness

I didn’t have any issues. I guess the only thing I don’t like is the parking lot it’s locked in. I wish there was some sort of access to the mall besides going out onto the main street.

My wife and I visited your hotel only to sleep and shower because we were there for vacation and had many things to do. The staff and cleanliness were above par. We went out for meals so really didn't have an opportunity to test that out. Pool was nice and clean for a refreshing dip lol
