We liked the size of the room and the pool was ok. We didn't stay for the breakfast but they had q nice dining set up. The check-in process and check out process was very quick and efficient. We wouldn't mind staying again.

When we got to out room there were 3 in our group and only 2 clean bath towels, the third hanging on the shower was stained and smelled. There was also hair in the shower and the shower leaked really bad we had to use towels to keep the floor dry when we were done. The pool area was ok, we would've preferred there actual been a hot tub to use while there to. The "spa" is only a gym area apparently which was kinda upsetting. The sofa bed also was not very comfy you could feel the base a little to much, it was ok for our friend for one night but we ultimately decided not to stay another night in that room. The actual king bed was very comfy me an my wife really enjoyed our nights rest and from what we could tell the bed area was very clean.

Check in was very pleasant and easy. The breakfast was good had many options to choose from. Very friendly staff and they was very helpful. The only problems were that there was only 1 washing machines and dryer throughout the whole facility and the dryer was out of service. They gave a key card to someone else who was able to access our room while we were asleep.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was right off the highway and easy to find. The hotel was well maintained.

They have automatic lights in the room and bathroom. Every time I rolled over at night, the overhead lights came on. When I was in the shower the lights kept going off and I was in the dark. I had to keep opening shower curtain to get them to turn on. Annoying! And I couldn’t get them to just stay on.

The bed was most comfortable, the room clean. We only needed a room for one night, so it was good. It was quiet. We slept well there. King size bed was great. A couch that opened up to a bed was in the room, adding extra roominess. A place to watch TV. Lots of restaurants nearby. Easy to get to everything. This motel was half-way between where we were from and where we were going, and it was right off the interstate.

The elevators were out that night, so we had to use the stairs. That wasn't a big deal for us anyway. From what I was hearing, it was a temporary and unexpected event, the elevators not working. Breakfast wasn't what we expected. Waffle maker didn't work well.

Location was good and easy to access from the highway. Good continental breakfast that was served until 10:00 AM on Saturday morning. Staff was very friendly and professional. Might stay again next time I'm in the area.

Nothing I can think of right off the bat. The hotel is kind of out-of-the-way, which is nice, but others might have some trouble finding it. May want to think about putting a bigger sign out near the road.

The room was updated, clean and over all very nice. The hotel provided complimentary coffee and tea all day to guests which was amazing to have access too. I didn't stay for breakfast but it looked like there was a great selection. Coffee was good! I'd definitely stay again.

The bed was very high and hard which made for a just OK sleep. There was a fridge in the room which was great but it was loud so I unplugged it. It was a good stay.

Paid for one room with two beds and a sofa bed but it turned out to be what would be considered two rooms with just an opening where an adjoining door would be. Loved this additional space I didn’t know we would have! Breakfast was good. 15-20 minute ride to Hershey park was easy.

The AC didn’t seem to cool the room enough but it wasn’t enough to complain about. I just enjoy coming back to a nice chilly hotel room after a long day in the sun. Instead it was a cool room. Also, the sleeper sofa in the living room was fine for my toddler to sleep on but would not be comfortable for an adult to use.

We completely enjoyed our stay at the north Harrisburg Best Western. The staff is what made it special. The desk clerk was absolutely wonderful and the breakfast was top shelf. Freshly made bacon and sausage in warmers and cheese omelettes were excellent. All other breakfast choices were available including waffles. I didn’t have cash on me so I walked back to my room to get tip money because there was no way I was leaving without a proper thank you.

Comfortable and quiet

The carpet felt gross on our feet, please clean it better, and the pillows are too small and way too soft!! Also, please put a light in the small area above the door soon as you walk in the room( like right in front of the closet), there is a big mirror with no lightning, the lights from the bathroom is not enough, especially for a female trying to get dressed, why is there a light switch on the wall and the light is behind the t.v. on the other wall across the room, it makes no-sense at all, other than that our stay was great

Suite rooms were really big. Two rooms with two baths. Queen Beds was comfortable and each room had coffee, TV and Fridge. Kids slept on pull out sofa. Hotel was very convenient to interstate. Burger King, Arby's, 7 Eleven and Sports bar were close by too (1/2 mile). Hotel had outdoor pool and Continental Breakfast as well. Parking was nice and close to doors. Hotel itself was clean. Manager was helpful. We would stay again.

One room (242) had stains on pull out sofa and on carpet next to sofa. (Looked like milk). Hot water did not work in one room's (242) sink. Breakfast was OK but when they ran out they didn't replenish. Had to ask for fruit and yogurt. Flip side is once they got it, it was fresh.
