I like the location and the cleanliness of the facility

When I arrived to check in I gave the person that was on the shift my booking number and he told me there was nothing for me after I insisted for him to look and confirmed with him that I was in the right location after I said I wasn't leaving because I paid to stay at this location he further investigated and found that he was wrong even though I was showing him proof of my confirmation number I felt very uncomfortable like if he didn't want to find my reservation so I wouldn't stay there it was not a good feeling for me and my daughter

Location great! Breakfast served, maintained by staff member, overall a great experience. Will go back!!

No dislikes....the hotel business is hard, pleasing people harder and everyones expectations different. We should expect some hiccups in life (there were none here). I mean unless you experience something really bad (bugs in room, rude staff, noise)it really is a gamble traveling; unless you have been some place before. We must find the goodness in things....it wasn't hard here!! Great stay.

Great layout, very clean. Kind staff and easy check in/out.

Pillows were very uncomfortable, room was next to elevator and roof heating unit. Difficult to sleep at night and early morning due to binging elevator. Breakfast was not well prepared. My kids and I were left feeling queasy after attempting to eat the omelet and French toast sticks.

Even though it was a single room with 2 beds, there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The kitchenette was great and we loved having the big refrigerator. The beds we're also super comfortable.

The only thing I didn't like was there wasn't a fan in the bathroom.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We traveled with 2 house cats, and staff was very thoughtful in not entering unless we requested. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite. The toiletries provided by the hotel were tea tree body wash, shampoo and conditioner, very nice. We didn't have any issues with WiFi. It was nice having a dishwasher in the unit.

Very limited breakfast, I guess due to Covid. For most part the rooms were clean, but they did not vacuum under the beds or furniture. This is important to us because we traveled with 2 cats. One of our cats batted a toy under the bed and it was obvious that it had not been vacuumed in awhile. Would probably have given them a 9 or 10 otherwise.

Great room with lots of space....very clean. Staff was very friendly and made me feel at home! Close to great restaurants and activities!

The way they charge you for your room by day of week...

Booking.com changing the reservation number that I was provided after I reserved a room causing a delay in my check in was very annoying.

Breakfast was great and varied each morning. Person preparing breakfast took the time to individually wrap and slice english muffins so they were fresh. She did an amazing job!

Sorry, but I did not care for the limited breakfast. (N0 hard boiled eggs.). The coffee was excellent.

Staff was very helpful. The room was very nice for the price I paid. I will be back in town again and I will book another room here

Under the bed was dirty. Only reason I know is because I dropped something and looked to see if it rolled under the bed. Besides that this was the best room I have ever rented.
