The breakfast was fine; plenty of offerings. No non-dairy mild product, e.g. almond milk. My grandson cannot drink dairy products so ruled out cereal, oatmeal and such. Should be a consideration. We were able to all hang out at the breakfast area in the evening to catch up.

Desk staff was friendly but not offering help. e.g. one of my sons called from another awful hotel and ask if there was a room for that night - he needed to get out of the other. They told him there was no rooms. My husband went to the desk and there was a room that would accommodate my son, so he booked it. My son got married and we were all staying there.

The pool and breakfast were excellent! I am Casein Intolerant (Dairy and Whey) i was so excited to see i had a few options! The pool was fun for my sister and I.

Check in took a couple extra minutes because there was one worker. That employee was like a ninja. Checking in quests, answering phone calls, bringing wifi codes to rooms. Allllllllllll of it. She needed help. She implied call ins but still. As a former overnight workers, They, We are often left with no support. Please please please give her more staff. She was an angel. I applaud her polite and cheerful attitude. She was rockin' it!

Nancy at hospitality did a great job with servicing items as they ran low. Very friendly and accomodating. Great attitude and service. Also had requested adjoining rooms, loved the one we got it was huge and perfect. We were traveling with our adult children and grandchildren which the size of the room helped when they all came to hang out in our room with us. All of our adult kids/ grandkids were on the same floor and made it easy to go back and forth to help and visit.

bed was too soft for our liking. We sleep on a firm mattress so sleep wasn't so great.

Staff was SUPER friendly and welcoming. Location was perfect for a competition that we were attending. Room was clean and smelled nice. Bed was pretty comfortable.

Our only complaint was that the room was really warm. Even with the system turned completely off, the room was running at 75 degrees. Ended up turning the AC on to cool it down (even with snow outside).

Nancy’s breakfast was spectacular and delicious- it was so wonderful to enjoy it with my family. What a gem! The entire space was spotless clean. The indoor swimmer pool and hot tub were great amenities.

A 2:00 PM late checkout would have been nice!

The room was large and the staff responded quickly with any of my questions or concerns. I would stay here again with no hesitation. I am rating it a 5.

I didn’t like the fact that there was a group that was up late and early running and making noise- I know it’s not the hotels fault, but it’s something I will remember to ask about next time. Also my sons room key wouldn’t open the gym and they said it wasn’t open- it was only 8pm.

The rooms were nice.

No one at front desk for awhile. Kids running around in the hallways and playing hockey in the morning but I know that's not the hotels fault.

Breakfast and location great. I gifted this stay to my friend for a birthday visit in our area. One morning he woke up not feeling well. He has diabetes and his blood sugar dropped. The staff IMMEDIATELY responded and brought him orange juice and other items to bring up his BS. He felt very safe and welcome. He did not get the names of the staff, but I intend to write a formal thank you to all at the hotel! Great place!

I was asked if I wanted housekeeping at checkin for the next day and I said yes, but my room was not cleaned.
