All the staff were amazing Nicola at check in was so pleasant and helped point my Mom and I to fun holiday things in the city we could enjoy together. Cynthia at checkout was great as well. The manager Caleb helped us when we had some issues with the parking garage staff and went above and beyond to make it better even though the parking garage staff aren't part of the hotel. Everything was fantastic, staff, housekeeping, hotel rooms, breakfast, location, cleanliness. The hotel was decorated beautifully for the holiday as well and I liked all the holidays were represented in the decor.

The hotel is an older property and I'm not sure when it was last renovated. It is clean and the staff was helpful, but it does have an "older" feel to it. The HVAC system cycled on in quick and regularler succession which made adjusting the TV volume difficult. The "white" noise didn't bother me, but if you like the room quiet when you sleep I guess you do have the option of turning it off. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. The shower water pressure and temperature was fabulous! I also liked the large containers of shampoo, condidtioner, body wash and lotion instead of those wasteful individual conatiners that are so bad in so many ways! The breakfast had lots of variety and the staff kept items well stocked during our meal.

The parking next to the hotel was convenient, but the ramp to the parking area was STEEP and had tight turns making accessing the parking area tight and challenging. The cost was $39/day. I was afraid my car would roll back and hit the car behind me as I drove up the ramp so give the car in front of you some room if you choose this hotel and park in the attached garage. The cars are stacked in a very tight spaces making getting your car out a challenge. Is marajuana legal in PA? Even if it is I do not believe parking attendants sould be allowed to smoke it when working as one appeared to have been doing when I went to get my car.

They offered an excellent breakfast that exceeded my expectations. The hot breakfast options were very tasty and fresh. The rooms were very clean. The room had a decent-sized fridge and microwave, which I wasn’t expecting. It turned out useful for us—a family with kids. Amazing staff—they were so helpful. We arrived well before check-in time, at 9:00 a.m., and the lady at the desk offered us to go get some rest in the breakfast room and have breakfast. Overall, it was a lovely stay. I would totally go back and stay in this hotel.

The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety to choose from. The entire staff was EXCELLENT! Our room had a good view and was very clean. Housekeeping always came around both days we were there to remove trash, replenish towels and make beds.

The walls were very thin. We could hear the guests on both sides of our room speaking clearly as if they were in the same room as we were. The refrigerator did not work properly so we had to throw out some food we had bought. The comforters on the bed could be updated and should fit the bed better. The mattress though was very comfortable.

I liked the Breakfast, Room cleanness, and location. The staff are also very nice, helpful, and polite.

The Parking Garage. There was too much trouble with the Garage and Parking. The garage spaces for each car were smaller than standard, and cars should be parked behind each other. Because of this issue, people must deliver their car keys to the person in the garage. He should move the can if someone parked behind you wants to move his/her car.

The staff was very kind and polite. Cynthia and Gwen at the front desk were very helpful and nice to us, but every worker we bumped into was attentive and friendly, to be honest. We arrived very early in the morning and could get our room ready even though it was much earlier than 3pm (check-in time). The breakfast was very good and varied, and the room and facilities were very clean. Great location as well. We highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were friendly. They would say good morning at the breakfast area and say welcome when you walk back to lobby from your trip outside. Or say enjoy ur day when you walk out. I felt safe. Breakfast had a decent selection. My kids love the fresh pancake machines with sausage and hot choc. I was happy with my chobani yogurt and fresh banana. Granny was trying oatmeal to bagels.

It’s a three/4 star, it is what they advertised,budget friendly with free amazing breakfast walkable to most tourist attraction. Room met my expectation. Breakfast exceeded my expectation. Daily housekeeping,come back to a clean nice room.

The location, room and staff were excellent. As an IHG member we were given a late check out which was really helpful to our travel arrangements The rooms were very spacious and this allowed my son to do some revision between going out and exploring the city

All good. Topping up the hot stuff on the breakfast buffet was a little slow - occasionally the sausages or bacon ran out and you had a short wait for the dish to be replenished but you had other options.

The hotel was in a great central location, an easy mile walk from the liberty bell (it’s so busy it’s quicker to talk than drive/uber). Breakfast was plentiful and a good continental variety. Hotel kindly held our luggage a few hours so we could tour the city ahead of our afternoon departure. We were on a higher floor so we did not hear street noise.

There wasn’t much to complain about, it was the right comfort for the price. Maybe need an exhaust fan in the bathroom? Also the pool was being renovated when we were visiting so we didn’t get to use that.

Breakfast was good. Nice selection. Location was perfect for our itinerary.

One of the reasons I chose this location is because it stated on booking.com it accepted booking.com wallet. I tried unsuccessfully SEVERAL TIMES to use wallet credit. Could not make reservation. Frustrated, I made the reservation without the wallet and it worked. I needed to make the booking to reach booking.com customer service because you need a booking number and a pin to speak with them. booking.com had me cancel the reservation and they walked me through the steps to use the credit but AGAIN it did not work. My credit expires 3/27. I asked the booking.com representative if they could possibly extend the expiration date of the credit. I held for an answer but then call dropped. Guess I'm losing credit.
