Super friendly & helpful staff. Decent breakfast options, but no hard boiled eggs? Good coffee. Comfy beds, big room w couch and great little dog walk area. Pet friendly is a must, so thank you.

AC was not intuitive to figure out. I’d have liked at least my trash emptied (we were there for 3 days). My key card didn’t work. Got it fixed at desk then it worked intermittently.

Breakfast on Friday and Monday was great. On Saturday and Sunday in spite of the hours being 6-9:30 cleanup apparently started at 9:00, leaving very little by 9:15 when I got down to eat my breakfast.

See above. Breakfast cleanup should begin at 9:30, not end then. Also, the toilet is way to low. I risked hurting my leg each time I needed to use it. Children from sports event were running up and down the halls til after ten pm.b

I really liked the variety of the breakfast add ons. The blueberry jam next to the waffle machine was a fire. I also enjoyed the pool and the gym area. The hotel was clean, the staff professional and helpful with every request.

The only thing i didn't like was coffee. Its the only thing that could be better.

This is my go-to place to stay when I'm traveling to visit family. It's conveniently located, and the people are always willing to help in any situation. My mom is in a memory care unit up there, and I need to see her as often as possible. The rest of my family also lives in the area. I'm close to all of them.

When we arrived there were several people outside the front door smoking. The repulsive smell of the smoke permeated into the foyer of the motel. I'm not sure where the smoking area should be, but I know it should not be the first thing guests notice when we arrive.

The property was clean and well Kept. Pool and gym areas were very sanitary.

We didn't have anything we didn't like.

the base of an old flag pole is still to the left of the entrance. I ran into it at night, as had many others, judging by the plastic pieces on the ground, and did over $3,000 damage to my front end.

We loved the breakfast! We liked the dog walking area. The room was great! the staff was excellent and very helpful.

The only thing we didn't like was that the drapes do not shut. So at night the street light lit up the room.

Location was great, and was allowed to have my dog.

Had issue with hot water but when i talked with the staff , they said they were having issues with the hot water to try turning water on again in 10 minutes then the hot water worked perfectly fine and didn't have any other issue with it the rest of the stay. The bed wasn't really comfortable.

The pillows were comfortable. Liked the fact they are pet friendly.

The breakfast area was set up awkwardly. One person or another would have to let you out disrupting their breakfast. Would definitely set it up differently

They have grills out back which we used to reheat large containers of food which we were taken to a family event. There were some issues getting a grill lite but the staff worked quickly to resolve. The staff especially housekeeping and maintenance were extremely friendly and accommodating.
