I have stayed in the Warner a number of times now over the years visiting friends in West Chester. Its location is unbeatable, rooms are a good size, clean, comfortable. Staff are friendly. I love how there is a self service laundry on site, tea, coffee available in the lobby is a nice touch.

I think the rooms and hotel itself could do with a make over at this stage, as it is starting to look a bit 'old'. I think the hall way carpets have been changed since my last stay. As it is the only hotel so central in West Chester, they do have the monopoly on stays and because of this I feel the price is a little steep especially in the 'off (in the lead upto Christmas and the University wrapping up, it may not be off season for West Chester).

The hotel is old but very pretty. The location is excellent. It's a little dated -- they need to glue to wallpaper back on the wall but all in all a very comfortable, quiet and convenient stay. Would return. They have deals with local restaurants for discounts. The parking was 26.00 for the night. They do offer an alternative for five dollars down the street. I paid for the convenience. Old charming hotel.

Little things like the wallpaper peeling off the wall would be an easy fix to bring back the old charm and look cared for.

Great location, you can walk to about 30 different bars and restaurants very close by. There are also lots of shops, etc. This location cannot be beat. Parking was easy and affordable. The hotel also gives you a discount card to use at some of the restaurants nearby. We got 20% off our dinner which was awesome! My daugher also loved to swim in the pool.

The hotel decor is a bit dated, it is a historical hotel, so it is more traditional. The red carpet and red walls are a bit much.

Hotel was clean and comfortable and in a great location near restaurants and shopping in downtown West Chester and easily accessible to tourist attractions, such as Longwood Gardens, the Brandywine Museum, and many others. Wide variety of options for the free continental breakfast as well, and the dining area was cute.

The lobby smelled vaguely like old cigarettes, but the upper floors and room smelled fine. I also thought that the parking in the hotel garage should have been free (it was $25 per night).

I like the idea of repurposing the movie theatre...there are still many remnants of it, bannisters, marquee...I would love to see the pictures of its prior life...maybe I just didn't see them. Room was quite large, bath clean, bed super comfy, linens were nice, towels were generous. Breakfast had a good variety, it was pleasing! $5 Parking garage has in and out privileges and bills the room directly. I don't think the walk back is unsafe, seems fine.

The parking is a bit of a chore to get the hang of, but once understood, it was fine. The $5 lot is the first alley after the front door, it's a huge parking garage not a lot. You get a pay ticket from front desk, you go in the lot and get a yellow card (not soccer) and walk out. When you take the car out you give yellow ticket and swipe the pay ticket. It bills your room which is nice. Traffic lanes are a bit tight locally, goes with the territory.

Everything was great!! The staff was wonderful from the minute we arrived, until we left. The location was perfect! We were visiting for our daughter's graduation. She lives directly across from Hotel Warner. The room was nice. The only complaint was that I couldn't get the Phillies game. That was probably me not the t.v. We parked in the garage across the street which was inexpensive and easy. Breakfast was fine to get the day started. Thank you to all for making our stay a great one. It truly could not have gone better!

The staff was friendly and very responsive. I was pleasantly surprised that it was fairly quiet despite being located on a main street. The bed was comfortable and I slept great!

Breakfast was what I would expect to get at a budget hotel offering a free breakfast. On-site parking was pricey, but I was traveling alone and didn't want to walk from a nearby garage at night, so I decided to pay for it.

The hotel was in a great location and very clean. At our age we have traveled a lot and with my background in the hotel business I do notice the details…from the tracks in the elevator and behind the night stands in the guest rooms you can tell the team does a wonderful job cleaning. Great job!

Bar area was not inviting.

I was worried about the reviews I read, but the property was SO clean! The rugs looked brand new! The room was spacious and well kept! The safe was nice. They answered the phone quickly when I called the front desk. There were lots of things to do around the hotel. The streets and stores were very cute!

The only downside was the $25 A NIGHT parking fee. I can *maybe* see that being the fee for the entire trip, but not $25 a night!

Historic pictures in the halls. Popcorn in the lobby. Upgraded their breakfast from when I visited previously. Garage parking. Several nice restaurants and bakeries nearby. Staff very pleasant.

Rooms are a bit dark, but that does seem to be a general hotel trend.
