We like La Quinta in general when we travel. This location was good value, the bed was very comfortable and the room clean. Two minor complaints which we told the front desk about when we were checking out. One, we could not find the TV remote this wasn’t a big issue, because we checked in very late and we’re tired from a long drive. But still, it would’ve been nice if we could’ve put on the news in the morning while we were getting ready to check out and just catch up on the news, but alas, we could not. Two, the phone didn’t work. My wife picked up the phone and there was no dialtone. We pushed a couple of buttons to see if we could get one, but we could not. As we were checking out, we mentioned this to the front desk and asked if there should’ve been a dial tone and they said yes. It was my understanding that the front desk wrote down both of these concerns and would get them addressed. Figured I’d mention it here cause we reported these things.

Not really anything to dislike about the property other than the two minor complaints I mentioned above

Liked being able to take the dog & loved the hotel location right off Interstate

Breakfast could have been better compared to other hotels that I have stayed that served breakfast; didn’t have a lot of juice choices; only two orange & apple; not very good fruit selections at all only apples no bananas or oranges and no breakfast pastries which most hotels have some kind with breakfast; I don’t drink coffee but I do drink tea; only had Lipton decaf & regular which is ok but it would have been nice to have tea option like English or black tea.

This was a great stop for the first leg of our road trip, i love this brand of hotel for their reasonable dog policy/surcharge, it makes travelling with a dog so much easier. I can't believe that some hotels charge so much that it practically doubles the price of their rooms (Hiltons), and this hotel was equally as good. This was the first La Quinta we had stayed in and I was so impressed with the reasonable dog surcharge and facilities that I will likely make this my first choice in the future and used them for the rest of my trip. The receptionist was wonderful, despite being so very busy, running about and trying to deal with a power outage, she took time to speak with us about local amenities and was very helpful and kind, I wish I had got her name.

My only tiny gripe was that my husband was hoping for bacon for breakfast and there wasn't any, so I had to suffer his moaning, but I really enjoyed the Sausage gravy and biscuits that were on offer and my daughter had waffles, so she was happy.

Everything, for the most part was terrific. Just a couple exceptions easily corrected.

The room hadn't been totally cleaned. The bedding was freshly laundered, and the bed was comfortable. The floor was dirty and needed to be swept and mopped. The shower had not been cleaned. There was soap residue and "body" hair, if you know what I mean. By no means should this deter anyone from staying here. It is really a great facility with great front desk staff.

My wife and I had the king suite. It was a huge room..Very nice bathroom, plenty of space throughout the entire room. All amenities worked, good water pressure from the shower and the Continental breakfast was on point.

One staff member would not give me ONE towel off her cart during my second night of staying. I had to go downstairs and no towels were available so we had to wait about an hour for fresh towels. This was around check out for most people so I guess the hotel ran short on towels.

The KING SUITE bed was🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥.......stayed at suites at Hilton garden BUT these suites are HUGE!!!!.....excited to get my Rewards points to earn a free Suite!!!!......you guys just gained a Lifetime customer!😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

There was mix up at the counter that caused us to be at the counter checking in for @45min which had me very irritated to say the least!......the wrong customer was checked into my Room!.....all this on my birthday?....which is why I had the suite to Celebrate!.....eventually the customer had to be removed so that WE could check in!.....I Almost filed a complaint and asked for Refund but didnt!.....my check in should Never Eva take this Long!!! .that i wasn't prepared for!.....sheeshhhhh!!!!...Smh

the breakfast was very good. Rooms can always be cleaner but our room was better than most. We love the fact that we can bring our dogs and the extra charge doesn't break the bank.

There could have been more attention to detail. Need to clean better low and high. The middle was fine. If there is an extra chair or sofa please have a blanket in the closet to use.

There was a man in the parking lot who was always there. He had the trunk of his car open, but never took anything out of it. He was there when we arrived, when we left for dinner. When we returned from dinner and after we checked out the next morning.

The room was spacious and clean, the staff at the front desk could not have been more welcoming! Breakfast was exceptional! Felt throughout the stay as a valuable and welcome guest. Thanks!

The room floor was apparently very clean, shiny. However the style of the floor hid ridges with lots of embedded dirt. Use slippers and you won’t notice

By ice machine and was disruptive when in use. Could here people next door.

Check in had some problems: attendant booked twice, upon arrival attendant needed to cancel one of them as was an entry error, but was receiving higher rate as Wyndham rewards number and actual date reserved didn’t afford lower rate. Now not sure due to cancellations and rescheduled if will qualify as next visit booked after registration git bonus points. I believe may be resolved. I will know when see my credit card bill and if still receive 3,000 bonus points with this last stay.
