I like how the room looked up to date with the new furniture and the mirror and the lights around the mirror were so dope. The cable on the TV was nice , not super basic and cheap. The room was put together really nice.

I wasn't too fond of the mattress, it was kind of worn and not all that comfy. The water pressure in the shower could have been more pressured and there were no ashtrays in the room either. Other than that , everything else was pretty decent.

Place is generally clean, room service checks in daily.

I'm still giving a good review despite the issues I had. I have stayed here multiple times and never had any issues, but this last visit there were a few roaches in the room and the pool is still inexplicably not open, despite them saying it would be . The door was also broken and the handle had to be wiggled to open the door with the key card.

I like that there was a room available & they made special accommodation for me and my family!

The only thing I didn't like was that we needed to shower & there wasn't a shower curtain and the room wasn't available at 2pm. But I understand that due to ppl being victims of the hurricane. It's been 12 days & they estimated another two weeks without power & water.

I like that I was able to get a downstairs room. I liked that they had a better breakfast variety. The location is good.

I truly didn't have anything to complain about at this location. The staff was friendly even when we had a issue with the TV. The maintenance man came fix it & was nice about it.

Bed was comfortable room was clean

The front desk clerk charged my credit card twice after I told her she charged my card and showed her she kept saying that she didn't see it on her side I'm just now getting my money back from last Saturday

I liked that I stayed on the first floor as requested. The beds were really comfy. The shower was awesome. The breakfast was outstanding. The staff was helpful. Very clean room. It was only 4 miles from MUSC. Simple check in and out. Receipt was emailed and printed.

The bathroom was very small and compact. The door to the bathroom was a slider, it was hard to close. The morning of our departure the maid service just opened the door without even knocking. Made me uncomfortable, didn't even apologize. Acted like we had stayed past checkout. We still had 75min. Left until checkout. But we still enjoyed it.

Bed was beyond comfortable. Absolutely loved the lighted mirror and the countertop was beautiful.

House keeping could use some more training. Behind the headboard and the dresser/TV stand were obviously overlooked.

I liked the fact that I asked for a downstairs room & the staff accommodated my needs.

The room was a smaller room but I was ok because I didn't want to deal with the stairs.

I truly had a nice room on the lower level, as I requested. The bed felt wonderful and the layout of the room was great.

I really don't have anything to complain about.

I like that the staff is friendly and were able to satisfy my request. With changing my room once I arrived.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like about my stay.
