the price for the room, the hotel was clean in the common areas and the room and hallways.

25 minutes before the breakfast time was to end, no coffee, had to wait for them to bring out new pot, no bacon, no waffle mix, no fresh fruit. Hotel was completely booked and although went to their free breakfast it was still within the service hours and they did not refresh anything except the coffee.

For one, I like the employee who was up front. It was kind. Nice! Pleasant. The room was very very clean. Everything I like about the room. The sitting lobby for breakfast. The price everything was very very good and when I come again I would like to stay

It was nothing I didn't like. I liked it everything. I like the employees. I like the breakfast. I like the room. I like the bed slept so comfortable. I was pleased I slept. Soft pillow was good. I enjoyed everything about it was nothing to not like

This was by far the cleanest and most comfortable place we stayed during our cross-country trip with pets. We stayed at Quality Inn, and Comfort Inn & Suites, on the other 4 nights, and This Best a western beat them on all counts. I love that the entire building was non smoking, the breakfast was hot, the rooms were very clean and spacious and modern, and everything worked as it should, except the laundry room dryer. When the laundry didn’t dry due to a faulty machine, the front deck took the wet laundry and popped it into their industrial dryer that they use for sheets as towels for us, and we picked it up a little later and it was perfect. The front desk people were very nice and friendly. I’m very happy with our experience!

Mostly good - the facility is comfortable and clean on the inside. Price is decent. My second or third time staying here and would probably stay again. Breakfast was ok, check-out was smooth.

The grounds around the hotel are in serious need of clean up. Cigarette butts and litter everywhere. This is, of course, the fault of the clients but the hotel needs to take care of the mess. Check-in was a fiasco. Eight parties waiting in line to check in and the person at the desk was a trainee that was in over her head. Her trainer sat next to her sipping on a drink and providing instructions on every aspect of check-in, everything proceeding very slowly. This was no time to be conducting training. It should have been "watch and learn" while people were stacked up and hands-on when it was slower.

Stayed in pet friendly room with our dog. There were visible carpet stains & my dog goes nuts smelling everything. It amazes me they put carpet in pet friendly rooms. If so, stains need to be taken care of. Sticky material on sink counter Slow draining sink. Backed up if water was full on

Clean, nice room.

Difficult to access, access driveway hard to find. We had a room at the end of the hall on 3rd floor with a electric plug was falling off the wall, held with duct tape.Something was even plugged in…looks like a fire threat. Photo will accompany. I did advise the front desk when checking out.

The front staff was very friendly and the beds were very comfortable.

The first night I stayed, there was mold in the shower and animal hair in the sheets. The second night I stayed, it was a different room so everything was nice and clean. The breakfast wasn't bad except for the bacon being extremely greasy, and the biscuits were hard as a rock.

The management of the motel was excellent. Kyle was always checking up on things and made sure we were happy. The breakfast was excellent- everything was cooked well and presented nicely - better than most other places.

I think the property could be updated a little better ( ie carpets and beds.)

This location was visible from Interstate before exiting and was easy turn in at end of ramp, very visible and receptionist waiting to check us in. Had requested handicap room and we were booked into it. Clean, neat and appropriate room for the night. Breakfast room had a variety of food and plenty for everyone to eat as the manager resupplied some as we ate. Easy back on the interstate for early start to finish our trip. We would definitely stop again when we travel that way.

This exit stop has limited restaurants, or other surrounding businesses in the immediate area, but we found good Mexican food.

The hotel is very clean and well kept. It was very well located to Bluffton and Hilton Head, both of which we went to. The food the first morning was good. Maybe it should go beyond 9am. We will likely go back on our next trip.

The shower stalls are extremely slippery. The grab bars are on the opposite side from the control. It is very dangerous to take a shower in the rooms. Maybe grab bars on the sides of the stalls would help. We notified the manager and he said that they are adding mats to the rooms, but one part at a time. Because of the safety issue, it seems it would make safety and liability sense to place mats in all rooms ASAP.
