Misleading information regarding Club House and fitness center! They are not located on this property, and you have to drive to it. Pool was not vacuumed during our stay until the day we were leaving, and it was like this when we arrived. This was not storm related. Poorly stocked kitchens and deck in need of repair, loose boards. Unable to get an answer from booking.com regarding two different prices we were charged for identical rentals by our family! Don't like doing business with a company you cannot get in touch with.

Very clean, a lot of fun activities for kiddos, this is our 3 year going and every times is a little different then the first. But we had a blast.

Didn’t like that I had to drive to different places. Their should have available shuttles to make you where you need to go.

Great place, updated and clean in a great part of town. We biked everywhere and had a blast! There were trees canopying all the bike paths and nature everywhere. It has a nice pool which is small but adequate and it has a small kiddie pool that my toddler loved.

The resort pool at Coral Sands was advertised as being available for use for Coral Reef customers but I found out that’s only if you sit through a time share presentation. We were all disappointed about that because an hour presentation is never an hour and we didn’t want to cut into our vacation to sit through it. Also the hot tub wasn’t working which was unfortunate as we were excited to use it. Also we were in a unit that was within walking distance to the beach but no pathways were available. If they made a small pathway to cut through the brush it would be very convenient and we could have used our bikes more.

I adored the privacy and comfort it provided. It was a nice apartment we were given. I loved the aesthetics and the view we were given. I liked the bathrooms, the beds were comfortable and it was very accommodating! I am now planning on returning with my family.

Not much didn’t really bother me, the environment outside was a bit messy, but that is just nature. It was still very beautiful regardless! It really helped with the vibes it was trying to accomplish, and it accomplished it well!

The location was great - close to the beach and lots of stores and restaurants, but set off of the main road enough to be quiet and private. The cottages were spacious, clean, well decorated, and fairly well appointed even though the kitchen was a bit "dated".

The ONLY negative thing that happened in the trip related to my party's stay was, after checking in, when my 75 year old father, who was listed as a member of the my party on the reservation but traveling in a different vehicle, arrived a little earlier than the rest of the party and was given a very hard time (he was actually turned away a couple of times), by one of the the male security guards, when trying to get to the cottage. This was upsetting and left a very negative first impression. However the cottage itself made up for this thankfully.

Secluded and very relaxing! This location is beautiful, close to everything ( beaches, shops, food and anything in between)!!!

Couldn’t find the jacuzzi 😆

did not appear to have been cleaned completely prior to our stay. broom still out with pile of trash. towels and wash clothes still in tub as well. dryer did not work. wasps nests at front door.

Resort facilities, bikes as part of our rental amenities, and location were great. Also, the staff at the main office were wonderful! We will definitely be coming back!

I can't think of anything we didn't like!

It was spacious, gated, and the beds were so comfortable! we also enjoyed the free bikes and the beach access.

The tub had a broken piece on the outside and so did a plank on the steps.

The staff were exceedingly nice and accommodating. Loved the ping pong and lazy river. It would be nice if they had umbrellas out at the pool decks for sun protection. We stayed at the coral Reef across the road and the grounds are so green and lovely for biking and walking.
