We loved the location. Apartment was clean.

Leave information about how to get in touch with maintenance to fix lock on patio sliding glass door. (We had the same patio door lock problem with the Harbourgate Marina Club unit we stayed in last year. It might have been the same unit?) Also, it would have been nice to have a print-out of available tv stations, and a little information about changing tv input from digital to analog (and, vice versa).

two doors down there was a room that seemed to be throwing a party with 7 or more people … and because I had to wake up at 4am for work… it was a little frustrating but that also comes with work away from home.

Nice location, beautiful view, spacious apt, nice staff, all appliances worked properly.

When the ac turned on my nose got stuffy and eyes started to itch very bad. The building had a noticeable slope in some areas.

I loved that it was private... I loved that you had to put a code in to get into the building..felt safe there. The people that live there year round were super nice and would strike up a conversation when we were outside. Super nice. Loved the balcony and harbor view... favorite!

It's nothing that can be helped...the busy traffic... & big bridge outside our balcony...took the privacy thing away a little bit... but it was nice at nighttime when the traffic slowed down...

Super easy check in and check out Using code instead of card or key for the enterance. Clean and safe place. Enough parking area.

There was not enough blanket only a thin blanket for a two-room suite. Pool and hot tub were not clean enough. It was 20 miles away from myrtle beach state park.

The condo was great. Beds were comfortable. I think it was the first time staying in a condo that a code was used to enter. Place was clean and spacious

Furniture was outdated in the living room but wasn't a problem. The stairwell wasn't clean at all and had an awful smell

Loved location overlooking marina, rooms were spacious and convenient, located close to a lot of restaurants and main st , when we arrived even Rachael the lady cleaning the room was so helpful and welcoming👌💯Will diffinitely be back .

I have always loved this place, it's clean, comfortable, and a great location.

My only complaint as a "smoker" I felt discriminated against. I understand some of it because there are some sloppy smokers but I wanted to kick back and relax on the balcony and have a smoke and now I cannot do this, even with electronic vape. It saddened my heart such a great place and cannot relax. Maybe considering letting the top floor at minimum be "smoking" on the balcony. I don't even WANT to smoke in the room but outside without walking a block to do so.

When we arrived at the property check-in was quick and the agent was very pleasant. We left for dinner and upon arriving back at the hotel we noticed that the toilet had a large crack on the bowl. We called and the maintenance man was at the room within 20 miinutes after turning around on his way home. He needed to go to Home Depot to purchase a new toilet and did so, and installed without ever complaining. Was always friendly and polite which unfortunately is rare these days. Great job.
