I loved the location and it was clean and beautiful

I did not like at all that they kept calling our room to try to get us to sign up for a tour and do a timeshare thing. It was annoying and made things super awkward.

When I booked our stay and saw this was a brand new hotel I was both excited and nervous. Only nervous because I wasn't sure if we'd be walking into a construction zone but we that wasn't the case at all. All staff was nice and helpful. We met Megan who we nicknamed "Meg's" (because that's just how we are) the first day we arrived. She was the bartender at the super nice outdoor (but covered) bar. She was very friendly and being we haven't been to Myrtle Beach in years, she helped us out with all our typical "vacationing" questions we had. She not only worked the bar but walked the pool deck as well to take drink/food orders. Other employees did too but Meg's had quickly become our BFF. Everything about this hotel and property is gorgeous! The Myrtle Beach Airport is right across the street but don't let that shy you away. Planes are not constantly flying by. Plus you cannot hear anything in your room when the doors closed. 10 or of 10! We'll definitely be back!

Only complaint and was on us not to have is fixed as soon as we noticed. Our bedroom fan made a lot of noise but I'm sure it was an easy fix.

On site food was just ok.. and expensive for what it was. But the adjacent restaurant was quite good with a nice variety. The staff were all very polite and worked hard to accommodate. Booking.com did not update a change I had made weeks before by phone. Holiday Inn Club Vacations stepped up and did what they could to get us what we had booked. The better view rooms are all Signature. And the step up appliances were nice also.

There was very little that I didn't like! Some petty things mostly. Rooms were very nice decorated very similar to a Hyatt- Modern Simple designs. The showers were very nice sized- better water pressure for the Signature! But the shower did not have a hand bar or stool for standing on one foot to wash feet! The diffuser on the bathroom faucet was defective and spayed water all over counter. No distilled water available on site (C-pap wearer) And coffee cups were too small for 12oz Keurig! (Signature upgrade)

Even though it was a hotel we booked to sleep in while traveling to Florida by car, we liked the hotel very much. The room they gave us was so beautiful that we were amazed. We wished we had stayed just for the sake of having fun. I cannot describe the quality of the room. Everything was as if we were the first to use it. We travel a lot and although we stay in many quality hotels. We have never encountered such a clean room before. A hotel right by the sea... My wife and I will definitely come again by making a plan to use the facilities later. By the way, it was also very good to be able to go to those floors directly from the garage with the elevator... Thank you very much. Everything was beautiful.

Parking was a super easy & elevators in parking deck. The staff was friendly was easy to check in. The room were clean & spacious( signature room). Did not have to call for housekeeping had plenty of clean towels & sheets for the family even tho they brought more upon arriving to our room. Plus we had washer & dryer in the room. We had awesome view of the pool & ocean! Easy access to pool area & to the beach. Kids enjoyed the pool. Everything was nearby far as restaurants, stores & fun activities for the whole family.

1st off we did not get a lower level room that was requested when booking also called before arriving to request again. We was told that staff seen request & will put again in system for request but when arrived, we were told that lower levels were sold out . We didn’t like that breakfast was not included with stay for the price that we paid. The guy bar tender in pool area was rude. I asked to see menu to order food and he threw menu across the table to me instead of placing in front of me & insisted that if we wanted to order food we had to order somewhere inside hotel , he only makes the drinks. We didn’t order any drinks or food after that incident & we drive off resort for food & drinks to other near by restaurants .

it was so amazing. I love it. The pool was so good. The hot tub was too. The rooms were clean. They had good towels. They were dirty. The floors were clean. There was no trash nowhere. I love the microwave all the workers were so nice. The piña colada was so good. The pizza was good too. The cashier that sold us. The pizza was so nice to shout at that one lady. and shout out to those boys that took the two pizzas from us. The view was amazing. and the swinging chairs were so comfortable. when we walked in, it smelled so good scary the hallways aren’t scary. everyone was so welcoming and nice. We love this hotel. We will be back in one or two years when we come back to Myrtle Beach we would love a discount anyways we love Holiday Inn club vacation🫦💗

nothing everything was amazing

Everything really was good. My family has a great time. The rooms were really really nice and comfortable.

The only thing i could say bad at all is that you really need more than 1 person at the bar. The wait for drinks and food were really long. half of my family had left the pool by the time i got back. My wait was almost a half hour. A few people were getting mad, but it wasn't the bar tenders fault. She was really hustling and doing her best she really needed help. That didn't spoil the trip for me. But feel that does need to be addressed.

The pools were great, right on the beach. Best part was the beach is right between a pier and a water sports business so the resort sorta gets a private beach feel since it’s more closed off. Perfect for our family.

The hot tub did get very crowded although there are two they aren’t very large. I also tried to order a drink at their bar by the pool and was ignored several times by the bar tender and he eventually walked away and never took my order. Other than that individual the rest of the staff was great.

The property overall is kept exceptionally clean. I had never seen a facility scrub their parking lot area… that is a reflection on how well they keep the facility. The signature villa was amazing. All rooms were clean and well equipped and the staff is very pleasant and friendly. I will definitely book at this location again and I highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed!

The property, the beach access, the pool/bar.. all of it was wonderful. Staff was friendly and made it exciting for us to stay.

Not a "TRUE" restaurant on site. For the price, breakfast or some other reception should have been included. Activities were fee based. More should have been included ESPECIALLY considering ormur "signature collection" stay status.
