All overall since I've came there. Under new management. It's really cleanliness not like before, only issue I had had room 164 low water pressure in the sink in the bathroom that's about it.

Water pressure was very very low. New water pressure in that particular room of 164 where I was staying.

Ash the owner is a great man! He was more than accommodating for my wife and I. We will stay here every time we work in Charleston!

Nothing just waiting for the season for the pool to be open.

the bedroom very clean

I didn't like this hotel that made an extra charge just for staying 5 minutes in the room waiting for the Uber It does not include breakfast as mentioned and the coffee makers are in poor condition.

We had an unexpected family emergency and the manager/owner (not sure) said no problem and said he would fix it, and we were out by checkout time.

Tub drained a little slow and the grounds could have been a little cleaner. But the amenities made up for that.

Clean and spacious

Price for older hotel that obviously was a live-in more so than travelers. No kitchenette or anything for the price.

I liked everything about this motel. Everywhere I needed to go was right there in the area including my parents grave site which was right across the street. I had no problems getting to my family members who all lived in this area. I did not know that as well. I will stay there the next time I come in town. Also I was right around the corner from NorthWoods Mall. This was the perfect location for me.

The only thing I didn't like was breakfast could not be served because of COVID. But very understandable. Some places to have grab bag breakfast. Maybe that could be something to consider in the future. Coffee was available in your room or front lobby.

We had a very early flight so we missed having breakfast. Restaurants were in walking distance for dinner.

A more comfortable chair to sit in.

The staff was awesome friendly and great customer service. The rooms was clean and the beds was sooooooo comfortable the pillows was like clouds. The bathroom was clean and the temperature in the room was excellent and well sanitized. The room was the biggest I have ever seen and I’m looking forward to my next visit here!!!!!!!!!!

Nothing to not like at all

The room was nice and big. The breakfast was pretty good with some decent choices. The bed was comfy.

A lot of noise outside late at night. The mini-fridge was broken.

The comfort, the staff, the silence . I mean I booked it 2 hours before getting there, it was a last minute book and even so everything was very very nice !
