Location across from restaurants. Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Comfort of rooms.

Room could have been cleaner. But it was as best as it could be since there appeared to only be 1 cleaner there. She has so much work that she has to get her child to help her. They need to hire more cleaners. Our rooms were not cleaned daily. But for the most part it really wasn’t that bad. I’d definitely stay there again!

We liked how it wasn’t to far from restaurants, was easily found/seen, and that it was spacious and clean.

The only think we didn’t like very much was the fact that their was no elevator. We don’t mind walking up the stair but if you’re a bigger family with more stuff, it would be more difficult to carry it up the stairs to your room.

Clean. Good location.

They made me put in one credit card 2 times after the screen read approved. Said the computer system wasn’t working properly. Then I used a different card- same thing. Finally ended up paying cash for the room. And now 7 days later I still have 4 pending charges to my credit cards for a total of $355 that are not dropping off.

The comfort of the bed

I didn’t like the deposit of $100 that I leave then when check out can’t get it back because it’s not posted on my card why it your room is good after you leave and signed off on but it still taking weeks to get my deposit back

This is our half way point from OH to FL. We have stopped here for the last four years to and from our trip to FL, we have always been greeted kindly and the breakfast is very nice. Coffee was pretty weak is the only negative comment I have.

Cleanliness

Very nice place to stay quiet and the staff very friendly at check in and check out. ****Had to wait longer than normal to check in as the group before us the system had lost their reservation. something about a virtual cc was lost and it took them almost 2 hrs to get checked in................... plus they went through expeida. They had to start from the beginning and it was our wrestling team. I really felt bad for them having to wait so long after the long ride to Chester. Once they finished with the team our reservation and check in was ok. We used booking.com no problems for us.

That the team before us had to wait so long and start the process over. They booked using Expedia and they lost the virtual cc info. Bless it took them almost 2 hrs.

Seeing the sidewalks are painted, with the rain... made for very slippery sidewalks. My dog couldn't get a grip, and we almost fell.

Near fast food places.

Housekeeping cleans your room every other day, so I had to ask for towels and wash cloths the other days!

Staff was very helpful.I needed a extra trash bag no problem .Breakfast was over but my husband wanted some orange juice no problem .coffee was always available. Cleaning staff was friendly. Wish I new their names I would send a extra recognition to them they were exceptional threw out the day and when we checked in.

Their Breakfast exceptional and the bed very comfortable and shower was great the water came out strong

They could supply better soap for the rooms
