We had a very pleasant stay . Good location ,quiet, and easy parking . Breakfast was excellent, alot to pick from ,wide variety !

I requested early check in at 2pm and was told it wasn't a problem for our 4 day stay . We arrived just after 2 pm after driving for 8 hrs and went to check in and was told that our room wasn't ready and that we didn't pay for early check in ,so we had to wait till 3 pm to check in .. why tell me it is no problem , then when we get there , tell me I can't. Lady at front counter was a little rude . after I showed her my text saying that it was not a problem from the Hotel ..she kept telling me that it wasn't in the computer .. was a little disappointed .

Breakfast was amazing. I loved the make your own hot chocolate! Pool with lily pad and frog was great for kids.

Some men (8) plus one in a chair in the outside by steps. Hogged the whole hot tub for a 1hr and half while drinking beer so we didn't get a chance to enjoy the hot tub because of others

Clean and very large room. Exterior door. Very quiet. The restaurant is great.

Staff could be more informed about location of rooms. There was a parking space and an exterior door for our room and when asked which door was most convenient we were told (a little curtly) the one next to the lobby. Which meant lugging all of our things way to the back of the building when we could have parked steps away from our room.

Best breakfast we have ever encountered! Loved that they had outside entrances! Why isn't this mentioned under the facilities overview?

The bathroom in our room needed some attention to repair. The wall sheetrock/paint was coming loose. The fan in there was noisy and coming down from the ceiling.

With having a little one, I love that the play area is there for him and the water is at a comfortable and enjoyable temperature! We all love staying here when we make our annual trip to Aberdeen! Will definitely being coming again.

My toddler (2.5) LOVED the pool. The hotel was so nice inside, clean, updated. The staff was so wonderful. The breakfast was delicious. It was close to storybook land/Wylie park. We were impressed!

Bed was very comfortable, room was convenient to parking. Staff was VERY friendly and helpful. I was impressed with them.

1NOISY! I got cold and had to turn on heat which made noise all night. 2TV was hard to manage, no guide to determining channel and many channels that didnt work 3. Toilet was too short! It's fine for children, but difficult for a senior with joint issues

It was an easy check in and the staff was friendly. The rooms are super clean and spacious. Breakfast was really good!

The two doors were a little too much. It was a little too expensive for the area.

Enjoyed having a pool and exercise room and the restaurant for eating in. We loved that it was close to other eating venues and Wylie park and Storybook Land.

We didn't have any complaints.

Brittany, the front desk gal, was a pleasure. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The bar tender Nicky was great too!!

Our room had a bad smell to it. It smelled really musty. I ended up buying a febreeze plug in and it was fine
