The lobby was beautifully decorated. The room was very spacious. We asked for extra towels & they were handed to us upon arrival. The parking was great. We needed a disability parking & it was @ the front of the building. Great parking spaces. They had survellance. Very safe. The breakfast was awesome. It was the BEST breakfast we had on our whole trip. It was absolutely delicious. They had real eggs, canadian bacon, biscuits & gravy. The coffee was really good too. On our way out I picked up some fruit and some sealed orange juice was offered by the staff. Very nice of her to do that. This was a beautiful place to stay. The staff was very friendly. I am so grateful for the great experience.

The ambiance and decor are amazing. The rustic feel is authentic. Our room for our needs, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The room size was just right for us. They were able to accommodate our request for a ground floor room as we have young hyperactive kids and we didn't want to impose on other guests with their kids noises and stumping feet had we been on the second floor or higher. The reception staff are amazing as well. They checked us in smoothly. They went above and beyond to give us a military discount. They made sure we were taken care of. We want to give a shout out to Brittany, John and their GM Cassie (who even mailed me the receipt for the discount!). They set a high bar for those who work in this industry! The breakfast had a great selection, we were stuffed. They had a nice breakfast set up. Extra tables and chairs were in the lobby should they be needed. But they did not detract from the decor, they were tucked in corners-very cozy. It was walking distance to the sights and places to see in their town. The town itself had a lot to offer. The hotel also let us leave out car, after we checked out already so we could ride the sightseeing train up and down the next town over. They had many amenities as well. We didn't have the time to take Ananya of all of them but the gas an indoor pool and jacuzzi, laundry facilities, vending machines, and others. The staff are there if you need anything at all and they make sure you have what you need right away. What more could you ask for? This hotel is amazing. I'm glad we picked this place!

Everything was fine, the location, the room that was big and clean and the excellent breakfast with lots of choice. We really enjoyed our stay at this place.

The bathtub was very slippery and there was nothing to hang on to but a handle outside the tub. I mentioned it to the staff in charge who suggested to put a towel. Something should be done about it. Most hotels have a rubber mat and so they should. It is a pity because the bathroom looked brand new.

I have stayed at many hotels that provide a continental breakfast service. The breakfast provided was absolutely wonderful: varied choices, hot, and tasty. June, the kitchen manager was on top of it all. The rapport that she established with her customers via her service was exceptional. I hope that management realizes that folks that return to Comfort Inn will no doubt do so, largely on account of June and her dedication to quality! Thanks June!

Good location to visit Mount Rushmore. The room was good enough for a short stay. We had a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. There were enough towels and a spacious bathroom. Because of the good insulation between rooms, you did not hear any other guests. The room was very clean! The breakfast was very good (American standards, not European). The lobby offers hot water and coffee all day and night. The swimming pool was not too busy so perfect to end the evening.

The temperature of the water (shower) was not very stable but that is just a small inconvenience.

The location is excellent and easy to get to the sights we wanted to see. The breakfast was varied and good. Appreciate breakfast being included in the price and on location.

The bathroom in our room needs work and updating. The tub/shower continually leaked and was extremely hard to turn off. We felt it slippery and unsafe and needed another bar inside the shower to hold onto.

The rooms were clean, and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was very nice. In speaking with the lady that does the breakfast, she changes the eggs up (scrambled one day, fried eggs another and then cheese omelets...to mix it up a bit). We liked that idea even though we only stayed 1 night.

The parking area and driveway up to front doors were icy. They haven't had a lot of snow so far, so I believe those areas could have had ice melt that doesn't effect the animals put down.

For this kind of motel, it is excellent, in service, cleanness, and friendly staff. We did not use the swimming pool ( too cold outside ). The breakfast changes main menu every day which is very rare ( even 5 star hotels stick to their menu all the way) and the surrounding area is safe and quiet.

Most restaurants and stores in Keystone close on Oct 15 until next spring for Mr. Rushmore sightseeing reduces. We had to go other area to get dinner.

Large room and beautiful antique decore. The breakfast had everything you needed. Parking was easy. This was our second night of re-booking there.

Some of the staff need some hospitality training. The breakfast room was a bit cold. The room's carpet was worn out. The bathroom faucet would not easily shut off. No walk-in shower for handicapped.

Great location and great staff. Bed was comfortable, A/C worked great.

Room smelled stale, almost like body odor. There was carpet in the room so that may have been it. A little pricey for the property but still reasonable.
