The room was spacious,, clean and comfortable. Staff was wonderful.

I am very disappointed that we were charged On March 14th when making reservations through BkgBooking.com we were charged $278.29 and when we checked out of the hotel on March 27th we were once again charged $281.62 by Homes to Suites by Hilton. I did tell the lady when we checked in that we had already paid but apparently she didn't understand. Our room was great and the services we to but I don't feel it is right to be charged twice and would like to know how we can be refunded for atleast 1 of the charges.

Unable to access breakfast due to medical procedure, but reception offered trail mix for later—a thoughtful gesture. Appreciated all the safety bars in the bathroom. Kitchen area was very nice. We appreciated not hearing sounds from other visitors. Convenient to be next to hospital. Comfortable bed—great pillows!

Because my medical procedure required many trips to the toilet, I could have used better quality toilet paper. The sofa bed, as sofa, was not comfortable to sit on. It was too low to the ground for a handicapped-accessible room—difficult to get up from. Could have used another blanket.

Staff was excellent. Breakfast was fantastic. Pool and hot tub area were clean.

Room was spacious but could have used some slight additional cleaning. The kitchen accessories in the drawers were not all clean, the couch had food stains on it and there were chips under the fold out couch when we went to make the bed for our children. Just a slight amount of touch ups would have made the whole experience even better.

I love Home 2 hotels since they provide everything for a pleasant stay. Full kitchen. I ended up getting a room with two queen bed that was huuuuge. It looks like a apartment. I highly recommend. Good breakfast, clean and great staff. I never hesitate to stay in Home 2 hotels. This hotel is connected to he hospital for the ones who needs access. You don’t need to go outside.

Breakfast was amazing, staff super friendly, beautiful room, comfy bed. Loved the kitchen in the room, it would be nice for someone staying a little longer If they had family in the hospital or traveling for work

The breakfast/eating area is where people check in/out and seems a little crowded there

We traveled for a medical appointment in the winter so I appreciated the skywalk that let us get to the hospital without having to go outside. Breakfast was also very good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The price was a little higher than I like to spend but the convenience of its location to the hospital balanced it out.

The rooms are clean,comfortable and the staff members are friendly. Home2 Suites is always my first go to hotel, when coming to Sioux Falls.

Very perfect for visiting my daughter in hospital . Close to a nice park.. and other things. Cleanest hotel I have ever been in. Good break and wonderful staff

The room size

I picked this place because of handicap facilities but the pool handicap eguipment was not working which was my granddaughter was at the pool we couldn't disappoint her we had to lift her in and it was scary but my daughter did it . It seems the handicap eguipment is always broken in alot of places it's not a priority and that's sad

Everything. Kids loved the pool, me and hubby enjoyed the hot tub and all enjoyed breakfast buffet..

We didn't like anything! We liked EVERYTHING!!
