Location was good. Very quiet. Easy to get to restaurants.

Booked this hotel based on it advertised a restaurant on site. After a very long drive, that was important. However, restaurant was closed due to staffing issues per front desk person. Very disappointing. But the good news is that a great Mexican restaurant within a very short walking distance to hotel

It was close to Franklin Surgery Center which was the purpose for the stay.

I didn't like the fact that when we went to checkout, the person at the desk said he had already checked us out. Something about because of us going through a third party. I've been using third party for several years and that's never happened before and right before that, somebody tried to get into our room. I didn't like that at all.

Excellent location near food, shopping (mall, Target, Walmart, etc) and interstate yet tucked away in a quiet area. Very clean with the most comfortable pillows of any hotel that we've ever stayed in. A++

If there is anything I'd change it's that the bathroom fan comes on with the light. It would be nice to use the bathroom mirror for applying makeup without the loud fan noise and without disturbing anyone who is still asleep.

The breakfast was amazing and filling. The service was great. The pizza shop just down the road about a half block's walk was straight fire.

When we first got in the room, the toilet seat was only hanging on by one screw. This should have been noticed by housekeeping and reported instead of me having to bring it to their attention and getting it fixed.

It was very clean. The room was huge. The hotel staff was great.

The restaurant staff was rude. We went down the 1st morning, and they demanded a coupon. We were never told about a coupon. At check-in, she said it was$10 a person, which was fine. So we just left and went got breakfast somewhere else.

Everything was very good, nice breakfast and appreciated the fact that there were plenty of outlets so we could charge all our devices

It was a little hard to find the hotel at first, we were just looking the wrong direction

The beds were very comfortable, with nice selection of 4 pillows on each bed. Easy to access off interstate.

The room was very musty/moldy smelling, as if wet clothing had soured. When we first entered it smelled heavily of air freshener, which of course dissipated and left the true odor. WiFi was difficult to connect. Room in general seemed to need updating, e.g. light switch plates were stained/grimy.

I do not appreciate staying where people do not speak English. If people want to live here and work here they should be required to speak English.

Great hotel, very clean and the front staff was extremely friendly. Great stay for the value.

I would suggest having some bottled waters in the rooms for your guests. Also a beverage vending machine on every floor would’ve been nice. I would definitely suggest adding that for your guests.

Very hard bed and the bathtub was narrow but also rounded on the inside which made it hard to turn around in the shower. I felt very unsteady in it. Only grab bar was at the back. It also has something on the bathtub floor that I hope was just rust because it looks like poop.
