The lobby and downstairs always looked and smelled clean. The staff is amazing. Our toilet didnt flush so they just moved us to another room across the hall immediately.And the breakfast is something else!! So many options...hot and cold, and always full. The beds were amazing and theres a sleep app they provide to you to help you fall asleep and rest well. It really is an awesome place to stay. If we ever come back to Nashville, we will definitely be booking here again!!

The pool needed to be tended to a bit more. Broken umbrellas, I had to use the net and clean out the stuff floating, and cushions on chairs had bird poop on them.

I throughly enjoyed my stay at the Sleep Inn Nashville. The room was very quiet and nicely decorated. The beautiful and large walk in shower was a nice surprise! The breakfast bar was minimal but the items were fresh and hot! I had an event in attended the first day and when i returned the room was fresh and clean! I would highly recommend this property! Very well maintained and the staff is very friendly! Thank you !

Breakfast was great, room was great. We had a late check in, that became even later (3:00am!!) due to horrible traffice and storm. I called to update and there was no issue checking in. Much appreciated!

I was upset that the pool was locked/closed. I had no idea that was going to be a problem, I never got an answer as to why that was the case.

This is the BEST Sleep Inn and staff of any we've stayed at. I have stayed at this location 7 times in the last 18 months. Other locations are ok, but the Brentwood franchise is the standard by which all should be judged. Cleanest and best-maintained facility and the staff is consistently the nicest in the business

I like that the pool isp open longer than other pools and I am in ap safe area.

The 1st floor rooms need updated.they smell like mildew. It would make all the difference in the world. I love that there's a place to walk my dogs if y'all fenced ap little bit of that in it would be awesome.

Loved the hot beeakfast. Lady was very nice that ran the breakfasts. Building was clean and kept that way. Nearly everything worked but had electric issue in a wall plug for the tv.

Beds were a little uncomfortable and wall beside bed made it difficult to position oneself to sleep

The hotel is tucked away off of I-65 near the Cool Springs Mall making for a very quiet stay. If you don't have GPS you'll be at a loss for finding it as there is no signage. It's a very quiet location, off of Mallory Lane, and near a Shell/Twice Daily, with plenty of parking. I arrived in the dark and felt very safe, as a lone female, who was staying there for work purposes. I arrived around midnight and felt safe, even in the parking lot in the back of the hotel. Of course, I was packing heat, but there were no nefarious characters around.

No nearby restaurants open late, such as Waffle House. I had to buy stuff from Twice/Daily, but it mostly sells junk food.

The friendliness is clean and neat. The location was great for me. Easily to get to my destination. Many stoers and dining areas are nearby. My room kept a cool temperature and not noisy. No bugs..

When I returned to my room, my key had been deactivated.

Thermostat was difficult to work with. We could not get a temperature to regulate to where we wanted it. So it was always cold in the room. The desk clerk even came and tried to adjust, no luck.

Bed was comfy, and breakfest was very good.

None of the vetting machines work, and the pressure in the water in the shower was awful, and it needed painted. There are several scrapings on the walls. The painting and venting machines need up-to-date.
