The property was central to EVERYTHING. Good food, a great mall, Starbucks, Target for any little thing we needed to grab, and even our activities were close by (Check out the Groupon for D&D Black Light Mini Golf. You won’t be disappointed!) Everything we need was a 5 minutes or less drive! We were also very impressed by our the free breakfast! A good hotel breakfast is hard to find ever since Covid, but this place had an awesome selection! While not exactly rude, the other staff in general weren’t the friendliest, but the lady running breakfast was a ray of sunshine! Also, the pool wasn’t very large, but our girls still had a blast and it actually made it easier for us to keep an eye on them. You can’t beat the location (and free meal in the morning) for the price!

We only have two complaints, and they are very small. The AC unit wasn’t the greatest. It got cool enough, but the room would get VERY humid every time we used it. And the smallest complaint is that the iron wasn’t the greatest. We definitely plan to stay again, so we’ll just bring our travel steamer next time.

Nice to see protein and eggs on the menu. Everyday. Was able to walk to Panda Express, Arby's and Burger King.

1st room (128). Didn't have any working inputs on the tv. Wasn't able to find a working inputs with the remote. Also the water in the shower wouldn't go all up. the stem was stuck, so half the water came out the faucet, and half out the shower head. Tried to show that in photo 2 and 3. 2nd room (126) the shower head worked but he faucet wasn't screwed in all the way.

Even though this hotel wouldn't be considered "new and modern" in its decor, it was exceptional in its customer service and comfort. Bed(king) was very comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was good and the ladies in the kitchen were very kind and attentive to restocking as needed.

Bathrooms can be noisy....(water from adjoining rooms can be heard when in use). Although, not a complaint(as we were very happy with our room), the rooms could use some updating in decor. Also, curtain valance in our room(215), was sagging on left side.

Everyone was so welcoming! Rooms were clean and the staff went above and beyond to make sure you had everything you needed. When you walked in, it smelled clean and was very inviting. I would stay there again and highly recommend it!

There was nothing that I didn’t like. Absolutely no complaints. Even my kids loved it there.

Location is convenient, staff was friendly and room was quiet and clean. Property is in process of updating and remodeling so there are some nice updates but plenty of work to do. Breakfast was OK, limited variety and quantity for the number of people being served.

Hallway carpets looked very dirty and lighting wasn't great. Firedoor by stairway would not close, first floor one left propped open. Main guest entry door had open unsupervised access.

The Extended-Stay room was spacious and very nice for our family of 4!! Separate bedroom (with both beds) from the living room/mini kitchen, with a door that closes for noise. The sofa pulls out for another bed if needed. Extra bedding provided. The bathroom sink is out of the bathroom so multiple people can be getting ready. Kitchen comes with dishes if staying for awhile.

Our shower leaked at the shower head so the wall was getting wet and smelled musty. The shower temperature started lukewarm (turned to maximum hot) and eventually warmed up, so we had to keep adjusting the knob to keep from getting burned. The pool shows to be heated but it wasn't. Breakfast could have been more single serve ( individual containers of yogurt instead of a big bowl that you scoop out of).

There were many places to eat..it was in a great location, easy to get to and had a lot of places

The beds were too hard and the pillows left me with a sore neck. The mirror has black areas on the left side. I was kept waiting at the front desk along with 2 other guests while the desk clerk assisted other guests. This was not a huge deal, but after traveling all day all I wanted to do was check in and go to bed. The black out curtains had holes in them. The room was clean. I appreciated the diffuser that was left in the room. It smelled awesome

We loved the rooms. Also, the breakfast was really good when we were able to have it. The staff was super friendly and didn't mind us eating alot of those delicious cookies in the lobby. Also the couches in the lobby were perfect when we were waiting on our pizza.

The swimming pool was freezing. It wasn't very heated but it was still a really fun experience

The breakfasts were great and the ladies who served it were awesome! The staff allowed our family to use the lobby to gather and reminisce after attending our moms funeral. Even though it was small, the kids enjoyed the pool.

On Friday night, the people who were staying under us decided to smoke weed and it permeated our whole room. It was awful smelling that and it wasn't fair that we had to. We were trying to figure out where it was coming from and it must have come up through the hvac.

The place was clean but a little dated.

The indoor pool was disgusting! It had visible weave floating, dark, cloudy water and was ice cold. The pumps and filters were not working evidently. The male worker stated he had told management a few days earlier but it was still left open for use. Finally the 3rd day we were there, the pool door was finally locked and a closed sign was put on the door.
